I had my long-delayed dental treatment done at Ömer Istanbul Dental Clinic. I am very satisfied with the result. Everyone is very attentive. I would like to thank Ms. Berrak, who introduced me to this clinic, Ms. Sude, who took care of me throughout the entire process, my doctor Emre, and his assistant Ms. Ebru. I recommend this clinic to everyone.
After seeing all the good reviews, I chose to get crowns on all my teeth at this clinic. My teeth weren't really anything wrong with them other than being yellow and crooked. I didn't have any pain and could chew all my food without any problems. However, my smile wasn't the prettiest and I would like to change that. . Instead, be happy that you can chew your food without any problems. Unfortunately, I took that for granted. You risk having all your teeth pulled out after a few years and having to get dentures instead. When I went back to a dentist in my home country, they told me that they had another patient who had had the same treatment as me and after a few years it was necessary to have all his teeth pulled out at the age of just 35. The problems I have today are daily pain. Sometimes so bad that I wake up at night. I can't bite down properly. My chewing ability is significantly impaired. I have difficulty chewing nuts and seeds. It was no problem for me before. In my country, the rule in dentistry is that you only put the crown on after 3 months and not after a few days. I think it is difficult to get the crowns to fit when the gums are still swollen. In any case, I have many crowns that do not fit the teeth according to my own dentist. My own dentist also says that the root canals were done incorrectly. I thought that I would not be able to feel anything when I had crowns on and that my teeth would be protected by the crowns and that I would therefore not be able to get cavities in my teeth. It is quite the opposite. Now I am really sensitive to heat, cold and acid such as those in oranges. And I can easily get cavities in my teeth, since the crowns do not fit and the teeth are exposed. The difference is that you cannot see the cavities that come under the crowns.

Victoria always was very precise and provided consultations with a lot of details, she educated me a lot in dental topics, gave me much more information than I even asked. Transfer, hotel, and my stay in Istanbul were organized with her help and it was always on time and without reminders. During my stay In February/March I worried a lot about everything, she calmed me down, suggested techniques and tricks for relax and more comfortable treatment period. In evenings…on Sunday…always. Like a babysitter, like an angel …always kind, always present. 2. On site medical advisor and translator Aiperi. The main word: professionalism. Aiperi gave me all kind of support I needed, she explained all steps, was calm, kind, helpful. Aiperi organized my treatment appointments without any delays, supported me when I had some issues with payments, finding pills, understanding of future steps and really doing extra work. I didn’t need to ask twice. Right person in the right place. Thank you, Aiperi! 3. Dr. Habib Aslan. Dr. Habib is a real industry star. Doctor provided all treatment very precisely, carefully, and explained to me what he did. Dr Habib has a good esthetic taste creating new smiles which look natural, always listening to my wishes and concerns. Dr. Habib answered all questions, was kind and calm. 4. Assistant of Dr. Habib Fatima. Supportive, kind, calm, professional. Fatima held my hand when it was needed, always with kind smile and patience. Fatima always found words of support for me giving a sister type of attitude to patient. 5. Omer Istanbul Clinic. Beautiful, extremely clean and warm place. I had an initial treatment plan and was worrying about the final cost as I realized that it could be changed after medical examination, but it turned out that the condition of my teeth was not so bad and I even received a money return from the clinic. Price list is really transparent. General advice: Bring the money in cash or you will need to pay 10% more due to the local banking rules (in every place you will visit) including ATM. There is no chance to avoid this banking provision anywhere. This advice is not about the clinic but about the whole stay in Turkiye. I encourage all patients also to leave a comment after 1,2, 5, 10 years after treatment as it would be extremely helpful for everybody and could create more confidence in choosing decisions.
