If you're nervous and terrified of the dentist like I am, I recommend the Madrid Río dental clinic, and in particular the care provided by Dr. Daniela Barreto and her assistant, Herbin Betancourt, who always greets you with a smile and is very friendly.

I have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist, but since I've been going to this clinic, I haven't had any problems during my treatments. They are very careful professionals, they do their job very well, and they are also very kind and approachable. 1000% recommended. P.S. They also offer conscious sedation for people who have a strong fear of dental treatments.

Very satisfied to be working with such great professionals. I had a snoring problem, and with the sleep apnea treatment recommended by Dr. Jaime Aparicio, I've experienced a radical change, eliminating the snoring (almost completely, only occasionally and much more faintly) with the first splint.

Treatments without a guarantee. I went in with broken veneers, they made new ones, and they broke again after three months. They told me there was no guarantee and that I would have to pay for the treatment again. They said these things happen. I didn't do anything extraordinary to cause them to break. Four years ago, I went to this clinic and they told me I had a cavity that needed filling. Since I'd been to another clinic just a few months earlier and they hadn't mentioned anything about it, I was surprised and told them I'd think about it. I'm terrified of dentists. Four years later, there's still no sign of any decay in any of my teeth. Amazing.

s of treatments and that there's now a new periodontist in charge. Despite my doubts, they convinced me to pay half the cost of the treatment upfront as a "deposit," and I agreed. The experience with the new doctor was, without exaggeration, degrading. From the moment I entered the office, she greeted me with an arrogant attitude, giving me orders curtly and without any empathy. Before starting the treatment, I tried to ask her several questions to understand the procedure, and her answers were dismissive, treating me as if I were a child or ignorant, when in reality I have considerable experience with dental treatments. Her attitude from the very first moment caused me a great deal of stress. During the procedure, which required two people due to the use of anesthesia and instruments, the person responsible for suctioning the water and saliva wasn't doing it correctly. Despite repeatedly saying I was choking and trying (unsuccessfully) to hold my breath, since the doctor knew I'm a mouth breather, to prevent the water from falling into my throat and causing me to gag (which is normal when lying on my back with my mouth open), the doctor responded in a passive-aggressive tone, assuring me it was all in my head and that everything was being done correctly. I finished the treatment with facial pain, a sore throat, and extreme anxiety. Upon leaving, the receptionist treated me with the same lack of consideration: she asked me to wait outside her office and closed the door in my face while my mouth was still numb and saliva was dripping. Later, she saw me to pay for the remainder of the treatment, offered me a face mask, and gave me a new appointment, which, of course, I didn't attend. After this experience, I will never again entrust myself to that clinic.

I took my children (4 and 9 years old) to the dentist for the first time, and it was a fantastic experience. Everyone on the team was so caring and made them feel very welcome and comfortable. Laura gave them a cleaning, and I'm so happy. She treated them with so much patience, kindness, and respect—very professional. A first experience like this is priceless. Highly recommended. I showed up on a Saturday, without an appointment, as an emergency, in a lot of pain. The treatment from everyone was excellent. They advised me, helped me, and treated me. That's a pleasure! They also called me on Monday to see if I was feeling better or needed anything. Excellent medical and humane treatment. Thank you so much! I definitely recommend it.
