Terrible experience with this dental clinic!! Some friends took their 1.5-year-old daughter hoping to save a tooth affected by a small cavity. The dentist promised she would fix and save it, but instead she chipped it completely, leaving her with irreversible damage at such a young age. f money for other treatments, taking advantage of the parents' concerns!! Unethical, insensitive care with serious consequences for a baby's dental health. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone. Take care of your children and do not expose them to this type of practice. I hope no one else has to go through the same thing.

As we already told your friends, the safety and well-being of our young patients are our top priority at this clinic. Our pediatric dentist, with over 15 years of experience in this specialty, made sure to explain the necessary treatment for your daughter in detail. In this regard, during the first visit, we informed you that, due to the patient's young age (infant dentistry), additional sedation treatment might be necessary, which would require an adjustment to the price. This possibility was accepted, and we scheduled a new appointment to attempt to carry out the procedure. Notwithstanding the above, it was also explained that, due to the severity of the cavities, the price could vary. During the procedure, we noticed that she seemed nervous, and to ensure her well-being and the success of the procedure, we offered her the option of pausing the treatment. However, she expressed a desire to continue and complete the procedure, and respecting her wishes, that is what we did. We regret to inform you, as we indicated during your consultation, that we are unable to perform the treatment in the clinic without sedation. We are particularly proud of our commitment to providing the best possible dental care to our infants and pediatric patients.
I didn't like the treatment nor do I see that they are very professional.

I'm from Venezuela and couldn't find a clinic in Spain that met my expectations because I didn't know any good places. When I went to Clínica Dental Madrid Rio, I was delighted. The care was spectacular, and I was more than satisfied with the dental treatments. I would 100% recommend it, as health is the most important thing we have.

Let's see, I went with the excuse of having a cavity and the dentist was looking at me a lot. I thought she liked me or something, so I touched her and they threw me out without finishing the job.

doctor's hands were shaking, her insecurity and lack of experience were evident, as was her lack of materials and a chaotic environment for treating a little girl. Don't do it. Don't risk doing something you're not capable of. You are completely unprofessional and, sincerely, horrible. I deeply regret having set foot in your facilities and am considering filing a complaint.

DON'T BOTHER GOING The staff is too young and arrogant. They make you feel uncomfortable and pressured when explaining their treatments. If they can charge you upfront for any treatment, they will, without ensuring you're satisfied or fully informed. There's a clinic very close to this one; it's not worth wasting your time here. l without a tooth and that the temporary tooth was a "gift," as if doing their work was a favor. Then, they placed a permanent tooth (a crown) without consulting me about the color, despite having made it clear from the beginning that I wanted to improve my aesthetics. They completely ignored my opinion and, instead of owning up to their mistake, they just blamed me and minimized the problem. The lack of empathy was extreme. They put me under so much pressure to justify their mistakes that I ended up suffering an anxiety attack in the clinic. Furthermore, the care was terrible: awkward comments, rushing through my care, and zero interest in the patient's well-being. If you're looking for professionalism and a humane approach, this is NOT the place.

Dear Irene, The truth is, what you describe has clearly been a parallel reality with our team, both with the various specialists who treated you and with all the support and reception staff. From the very first moment, we have been dedicated to helping you, with infinite patience and countless hours in the treatment room and office, explaining each step and treatment to you, over and over again. When you mention the temporary crown, it's very unfair to distort reality in this way. It was explained to you at every stage, you weren't charged, and when you came in because it had fallen off—something you were warned about and that could happen—we treated you and went back to work with all the care and patience in the world. The crown is perfectly finished, both functionally and aesthetically. The doctor who treated you spent more than an hour with you trying it on before cementing it, and you were the one who gave us the go-ahead. It was only days later that you changed your mind about the color. We won't go into further detail, because it's truly not worth it. We hope that you find what you're truly looking for someday. The best dental clinic I've ever been to. They have spacious, welcoming, and, most importantly, very clean facilities. The staff is exceptional. They treat you impeccably from the very first minute and inform you about the condition of your mouth without trying to inflate your bill. ago, and I don't want anywhere else to take care of my dental health. Special mention to the medical director of the center, Dr. Jaime Aparicio; to Dr. Rubén Comino, who treated me exquisitely during my last visit (thanks a million, Rubén, see you soon); and, of course, to Mari Carmen and Herbin, who make it so that the visit isn't just about seeing a dentist, but about seeing friends who take care of you. If you're looking for a good dental clinic, don't hesitate for a second. This is, by far, the best you can go to.

I didn't have a good experience. I was told I had three cavities, but months later I went to Vitaldent for a checkup to confirm the diagnosis with an X-ray, and they told me everything was perfect and I didn't have any cavities.
