I needed to get a restoration done, I sent a message via WhatsApp and was ignored. Later, I called trying to schedule a restoration procedure and they informed me that, in addition to paying for the procedure, I would have to pay for the consultation, which cost R$220.00. A very bad joke.

We'll investigate what happened on WhatsApp, and take the opportunity to change your phone, as there have been days when messages were deleted from the device due to lack of space. It's possible yours was among those, unfortunately. Regarding payment, we work by appointment, and the diagnostic and evaluation consultation costs R$180.00, as we evaluate the entire mouth, not just one tooth, to determine the reason for the failure of the old restoration. When we have to attend to an emergency because the patient is in pain or for aesthetic reasons, we have to rearrange the schedule and make staff available to accommodate them. Emergency appointments are for quick procedures, so only the emergency fee of R$220.00 is charged. However, when the patient wants to have a procedure done immediately, and if we have the time, room, and staff available, we can do it the same day and resolve the problem quickly. We apologize if the reason for the fees was not explained to you, and also for not receiving a response on WhatsApp. In any case, we are at your disposal and would like you to come and visit the clinic in person.
