she did it very carefully, always concerned if I was feeling any discomfort. She gave me anesthesia and quickly solved the problem. I also had a cleaning and didn't feel any pain, plus my teeth look beautiful after the procedure. I chose the clinic based on the reviews, and the recommendations were well worth it. Now, some constructive criticism: I was approached by Heloísa on the day of the procedure, asking about my Google review, which I had already written recommending the clinic on the day of the assessment and edited with more praise on the day of the procedure. However, the professional didn't see it and insisted that I hadn't written it, and I also heard her entire conversation about me from behind the counter. This type of situation is not only embarrassing but also unnecessary and regrettable, as all the other employees were exceptional!
