The clinic is very pleasant, very clean, and the reception and triage staff are very friendly. Dr. Natália was super delicate and clear about my case. I recommend it!
The reception area was calm, but the woman who does the evaluation looked at my shoes first when I entered the room. I had just left work and rushed so I wouldn't be late. The dentist also looked at my shoes when I entered the office with a prejudiced look, but then she became more relaxed with the service. woman who did my evaluation told the receptionist that she could keep the evaluation and that she would get back to me on March 3rd, and that didn't happen. Unfortunately, prejudice against humble and simple people still exists. I only chose this clinic because I thought I would be well received based on the reviews I saw from all kinds of people. On the way out, the receptionist asked me to give 5 stars to help the clinic with the reviews. I will not return.
