It starts off horribly with the scheduling process, charging an exorbitant fee for cancellations, no-shows, or rescheduling, regardless of the patient's reason.

Good afternoon. Our office does not charge for initial consultations, but in case of missed appointments or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, a reservation fee is charged. This agreement is sent to the patient before scheduling. In other words, the patient only schedules if they agree to the terms. This charge is supported by the CFO resolution (118/2012, Art. 7, VIII) and the Civil Code (Art. 422).
Excellent service. I had an evaluation, cleaning, x-ray, and 3 fillings done through the Odontoprev plan. The dentist was attentive throughout the procedures, clear and objective – very good.

Excellent! I highly recommend it. I received excellent care from Dr. Giovani, who was very attentive, careful, and helpful. It doesn't even feel like it's a health plan appointment, haha. Everyone involved deserves praise.

Dr. Giovanni is very attentive; I had a bruxism splint made by him through my Odontoprev dental plan!
I highly recommend him. I had composite resin restorations done by the doctor and I get preventative cleanings every six months.
