Unfortunately, my experience with the Odonto QualityBH clinic was very disappointing. Although the dentists are qualified, the customer service is extremely poor, and sometimes even disrespectful considering that the service isn't free and the clinic isn't doing anyone a favor. e situation or suggesting rescheduling, the clinic's response was to print the conversation and draw over the late message, in a disrespectful and childish manner. If they couldn't see me, they could have simply asked to reschedule. Furthermore, the clinic charges a R$50 fee (via Pix) to cancel appointments with less than 24 hours' notice. I recommend avoiding this clinic if you value respectful and professional customer service.
I was seen at the scheduled time, the office is very nice. Everything went well with the procedure.
Easily accessible location in the central region, modern and well-equipped office with excellent professionals.
Although most reviews here are positive, MY experience was not: the cleaning barely lasted 10 minutes; the professional didn't even bother to look at my teeth properly and just did a very quick cleaning, I didn't feel confident in the work. Now, I have to wait 6 months for Odontoprev to accept my request for a new cleaning, unfortunately!
I really liked it. Excellent service. Easy diagnosis and cleaning.

performed the filling. He didn't wear down the entire tooth just to try and sell an implant. I found the treatment effective and honest. I was warned about possible sensitivity after anesthesia and that I should observe for pain (if the root canal has been affected). But the efficiency of the treatment was exceptional. I'm very happy to see professionals who treat people with insurance the same way they treat private patients (within what is possible, of course!). Initially, I was apprehensive because he wouldn't ask for an image (x-ray). So I waited a while to have the evaluation done here, to make sure the treatment was successful. So far, so good. Treatment done on 10/11/25.
