doing... She doesn't communicate ANYTHING to the patient unless they ask. She is indifferent to their pain. In my experience, I cried while having my wisdom teeth removed, not only because of the pain, but more because of the fear and the terrible service I was receiving, and I have never seen a dentist with so little tact. She only stopped working on my mouth because my crying was bothering her, not so that I could calm down or anything like that. This experience was similar with other people, so I really don't recommend this clinic.
Excellent service. Cordiality and professionalism combined with the pleasant atmosphere of the clinic made my first impression at Odonto Cristal. Congratulations to everyone, especially Dr. Maria Izabel who treated my husband, Luiz César.

The service is very good, but punctuality leaves much to be desired. I've been coming for over 7 years and have never been seen on time; it's always at least 15 minutes late.

I had the worst experience of my life at this clinic. I was always treated by Dr. Nicole. In December 2020, I had a panoramic x-ray done, which I gave to Dr. Nicole for evaluation in January 2021. clinic with severe tooth pain and a fistula in my tooth #22. This tooth #22 was already undergoing a resorption process on the day I gave the image to Dr. Nicole in January, and she didn't inform me of this. In short, the tooth resorption was practically irreversible. Perhaps if she had warned me in January, I could have saved it, but since she didn't evaluate the images, only the report, I ended up losing my tooth and having to get an implant. I showed this same panoramic x-ray to two endodontists, who informed me that the image already showed that the tooth had a problem, requiring a detailed examination by the professional, which did not happen. I advise ALL clients of this clinic to never base their opinions solely on those of the professionals who work there; always listen to another professional. Unfortunately, you can't even call someone who can't diagnose a patient a professional. I wouldn't wish what I went through on anyone. I guarantee I will never set foot in that place again; it only brought me bad memories. The lack of care and resolution that I didn't receive at this clinic, I received at Clínica Oral Visage, where I received world-class service. From the moment I arrived, I noticed the endodontist and implantologist's care in helping me and solving the problem urgently.

Good afternoon Aline Preventive check-ups are carried out every 6 months and radiographic examinations are requested annually for periodic monitoring of the patient. Initially, in December 2020, a panoramic radiograph (general assessment of oral health) and interproximal radiographs (evaluation of cavities) were requested. The radiographic examination did not show any relevant alterations. The report made by the radiologist (a dentist specializing in the area) did not indicate any root resorption. On your return in October, due to the presence of the fistula, a new radiograph was requested. The report made by the radiologist showed a "Suspected dens in dente or root resorption". For the definitive diagnosis, a CT scan was performed, which resulted in the diagnosis of "Invasive External Cervical Resorption". We asked a renowned university professor specializing in root resorption to evaluate the case, and he suggested treatment with an implant, but that an attempt at endodontic treatment could be made. It is not possible to predict a diagnosis. The initial examination and report showed no abnormalities. We are very sorry for what happened. The causes are biological; we cannot blame anyone, not even the other professionals at the clinic who were not taking care of your treatment. We provide care in an ethical, professional, empathetic, and loving manner, always aiming for the best for our patients. We are very sorry that you had a poor prognosis for this tooth. We did our best to assist you.
