The clinic was founded and is led by Dr. Gilberto Floriano (CRO-SC 3584) and Dra. Claudia Helena Tonon Floriano (CRO-SC 3617), both graduates of the Universidade Federal de Santa Catarina. Dr. Gilberto holds a Master's degree in Orthodontics from UFSC and a specialization in Orthodontics and Facial Orthopedics from the Universidade Estadual de Londrina, and is a certified Invisalign provider since 2020. Dra. Claudia specializes in Dental Prosthetics with post-graduate training in Periodontics, Implants, TMJ and Orofacial Pain, Digital Smile Design, and Sleep Dentistry. Both are members of their respective Santa Catarina specialty societies.

The broader team includes Dra. Maria Izabel Szpoganicz Moreira (CRO-SC 11176), specialist in Periodontics and Implantology; an additional periodontics and implantology specialist with a PhD from Universidade de Guarulhos and a Master's from SLMandic who also serves as faculty in the implantology program at Be.dental School; Dra. Juliana Tomaz Girardi; Dra. Nicole Hubbe Kuhnen; and Dra.
