From the initial surgery and to the final fitting, I was totally impressed with their professionalism and kindness. They have restored more than my smile, they gave me back a big part of my confidence and joy in life. Don’t hesitate, just come and see what is possible for you. Guaranteed it will be much, much less money for much better outcomes. I really can’t thank them enough.

e done on Friday, and the finished crowns were placed the following Tuesday. The efficiency and professionalism were remarkable. The fit and appearance of the crowns are impeccable. The only minor hesitation I have is with the bridge placed over a failed molar implant. While it seemed the best option at the time, its bite force is somewhat limited—something not fully apparent at the outset. That said, I am very satisfied with the quality and value of the care I received. I am especially pleased with the crown placed on a Nobel Biocare 3.0 bicuspid implant. Dr. Chavarría followed exact specifications and even demonstrated the proper torque wrench setting before placement. Having previously experienced a broken crown on that implant, I was both grateful and relieved by his meticulous attention to detail. Overall, excellent care, superb results, and a level of professionalism that inspires confidence.

re shockingly high: $430 for the root canal retreatment, $130 for the post, and $500 for the crown – around $1,100 for a single tooth. And because it was a retreatment, they claimed it justified the cost. Unprofessional setup: The technician took pictures of my tooth with her cell phone because their camera was broken. This alone should have been a red flag. Terrible procedure experience: When the root canal specialist Dr. Truque started the retreatment, I wasn’t fully numb, so she gave me multiple injections until my throat was numb and I felt like I was choking. Then, without explaining what it was, the assistant handed me half a pill in her palm and told me to swallow it. Shortly after, I felt nauseous and they gave me another pill for nausea. I also started experiencing palpitations and heat in my ears from all the injections. Incomplete work but full charges: After working for a while, the dentist told my husband that she could only clean one root out of three due to obstructions and that retreatment was not possible. She recommended extraction and an implant on the spot – even though my gum was sore, inflamed, and infected. When I refused, she asked if I wanted her to “clean it further and charge for a root canal” or “just temporarily fill it and charge for a consultation.” What kind of doctor talks about charges while the patient is in pain? In the end, she couldn’t finish the procedure but still charged me as if she had done the full root canal. She even pushed to start retreatment on another tooth, which I refused. She discharged me without any medication, not even basic pain relief, despite knowing I was in severe pain. Pain and further expenses: Within hours, the pain skyrocketed. I couldn’t eat, drink, or talk, and my gums were extremely swollen. The next morning, I had to find another dentist, who immediately gave me a steroid injection for inflammation, antibiotics, and painkillers. They also recommended a high-definition X-ray at a hospital. The new dentist confirmed that retreatment was impossible and that an implant couldn’t be done until the infection healed – something the first dentist should have known. Final thoughts: I wasted my time, travel expenses, and hundreds of dollars on a completely failed procedure. Even another dentist Dr. Javier at this clinic apologized on behalf of the root canal specialist – but that doesn’t undo the damage or the pain I went through. Save yourself the pain, money, and frustration – do NOT go to this clinic especially to Dr. Truque. They care more about your wallet than your health.

about cost, pain involved, long hours sitting in a dental chair...ugghhh! After a panoramic xray and a consultation I was told my best course of action would be to extract two teeth on the upper left,place implant posts in, have another implant placed where I'd been missing a molar forever, have my teeth cleaned and a chip in a front tooth shaved out...and they could do all this in about 45 minutes to an hr! WOW! I am now about 8 hrs post treatment, and I feel good! The most painful part of all of this was the novacaine! I’m thrilled with the work of this dentist and the staff is so kind and friendly. I was really nervous going in by myself and they just made me feel welcome. enough about my visit. Here are a few words that are understatements… trustworthy, honest, friendly, understanding, professional, talented. I experienced ZERO pain and very little discomfort. 6 crowns cleaning, bleaching and prepped for an implant, I am going home with a new smile that resembles exactly my old self. Dr. Obando, Dr. Chevarría and the ENTIRE STAFF I thank you very much and hope more people find you, like I did, through recommendations.

When I first went to Nova I was immediately at ease. Nova was a small clean office, had soft, calming music and the staff were very receptive and professional. They spoke English and I felt immediately at ease. I then met Dr. Obando and was very impressed with him. He listened to my concerns and is a very kind person. When he did the prep work, it was absolutely pain free and I was very comfortable during the entire process. Two days later the veneers were finished and I returned for the veneer work. When he finished I was absolutely amazed. The veneers were absolutely beautiful. Dr. Obando is not only an excellent dentist, in my view he is a dental artist and magician. He does absolutely amazing work. To think all this work was done in 5 days is incredible. So thank you Dr. Obando and your team. Not only did you give me beautiful teeth, you treated me with kindness and compassion. And I am learning for the first time in my life HOW TO SMILE, I am eternally grateful to you. On a star-rating system, 100 stars is not enough!!!
