I came in to have two crowns done. The dentist told me that I only needed one and on a different tooth. Now the tooth I had asked for a crown on is chipped and broken. I am really upset about this service.
I had a wonderful experience at North Pacific Dental. Dr. Diego kindly accepted me as a walk-in after my bonding chipped on my front tooth — it was sharp, uncomfortable, and affecting my confidence. I'm currently on tour in Tamarindo and had an incident with a tooth (part of it fractured). I was recommended Dr. Diego and it was an incredible experience. He immediately suggested a solution, which took less than half an hour, and he even scheduled an appointment for me the same day. Highly recommended, and his price is super affordable.
Today I went to the clinic with a broken tooth and was very well received by the doctor. He explain me everything very well and took care of my problem in a very professional way. Thank you !!

at dentures may be my best option, but at 43 I just couldn't do it. Dr. Diego saved every one of my teeth and transformed my smile! All in all, I spent less than 6 hours in the chair, over 3 visits. Pain was minimal and recovery was a breeze. After each visit, I was able to comfortably attend the adventure tours and other awesome things to see and do in Tamarindo. I had (13) complex, reconstructive fillings, (1) zirconia crown (avoided root canal), (8) veneers, whitening, cleaning, and received aftercare guidance. Bottom line- I can't wait to smile every chance I get. I would do it again in a second and it's one of the best decisions that I've ever made. Thank you so very much Dr. Diego!! could have him redo all of my old silver TOXIC mercury fillings and replace them with white as he just did for my two worse. I was told I needed a crown for one of them so he saved me a lot of MONEY. My wife had a crown fall off while on vacation. Dr. Dean was able to get her in quickly and do the necessary work. My wife felt very comfortable with the doctor and the office environment. She was back in action in no time. We’d recommend Dr. Dean to any friend needing dental work.

procedures I had done were significant and had to be done in two stages. I was able to have two nice vacations in Costa Rica while getting all the work completed. All of my treatment with Dr. Deigo was without pain! Prior to my treatment with Dr. Deigo, I always had pain from my teeth and honestly did not smile ( I always covered my mouth and chin). Dr. Deigo's treatment has given me a beautiful smile that I am so very proud of. I would recommend Dr. Deigo to anyone including my own children and mother. I never thought I would be able to eat 'normal' food without pain and now I am eating steak, corn on the cob, tacos... anything I want. I sincerly appreciate Dr. Deigo and his practice. Dr. Diego is an amazing dentist. We came from the United States to have him do our dental work. He did extensive necessary dental work on my husband last year. This year I have seen him for teeth whitening and now veneers. He is friendly, explains everything, and is great at what he does. We will continue to go to him anytime we need dental work.

I felt confident that he was the dentist I needed to do two dental implants for me. Both doctors that took care of me were caring, concerned, and did excellent work. They were professional while performing the procedure and yet friendly, keeping me informed about the steps of the process. The implants are great! My local dentist called them beautiful. I have had major dental work over the years and this clinic ranks among the best. Dr Diego was very flexible with my appointments as I was coming from out of town. Excellent service! Dr. Diego is the best of the best. I traveled from the United States to Costa Rica strictly for dental work. More specifically for a single /possibly two root canals.
