I came in to have two crowns done. The dentist told me that I only needed one and on a different tooth. Now the tooth I had asked for a crown on is chipped and broken. I am really upset about this service.

I'm currently on tour in Tamarindo and had an incident with a tooth (part of it fractured). I was recommended Dr. Diego and it was an incredible experience. He immediately suggested a solution, which took less than half an hour, and he even scheduled an appointment for me the same day. Highly recommended, and his price is super affordable.

This was truly one of the best experiences of my life!! Costa Rica was beautiful and I came home with the best souvenir ever! A sparkling new smile! I have struggled so many years with weak enamel and constant complications. Prior to coming to Costa Rica, three separate US dentists attempted to repair and save my natural teeth and every visit was more painful than the last. I had been told that dentures may be my best option, but at 43 I just couldn't do it. Dr. Diego saved every one of my teeth and transformed my smile! All in all, I spent less than 6 hours in the chair, over 3 visits. Pain was minimal and recovery was a breeze. After each visit, I was able to comfortably attend the adventure tours and other awesome things to see and do in Tamarindo. I had (13) complex, reconstructive fillings, (1) zirconia crown (avoided root canal), (8) veneers, whitening, cleaning, and received aftercare guidance. Bottom line- I can't wait to smile every chance I get. I would do it again in a second and it's one of the best decisions that I've ever made. Thank you so very much Dr. Diego!! I am eternally grateful!!!

I am very pleased with the excellent care that I received from Dr. Diego. I had 3 appointments with him for dental cleaning and fillings. He numbed my gums perfectly. I didn't feel the stick of the needle...thank you! I don't have dental insurance in the USA so I try to get things like this done in other countries I visit. Dr. Diego came to me by referral and it was greatly appreciated. I wish I could have him redo all of my old silver TOXIC mercury fillings and replace them with white as he just did for my two worse. I was told I needed a crown for one of them so he saved me a lot of MONEY. THANK YOU Dr. Diego...😊 Cleaning $67 or $69 (can't remember exactly) Remove old filling and replace with white one. $85 each

My wife had a crown fall off while on vacation. Dr. Dean was able to get her in quickly and do the necessary work. My wife felt very comfortable with the doctor and the office environment. She was back in action in no time. We’d recommend Dr. Dean to any friend needing dental work.

I consider Dr. Diego not only a professional dentist, but a true friend to my family, he is very knowledgeable and shows care in every visit! I was super nervous about how they would look, but I just got veneers done by him and he knew exactly what it took to make sure my new teeth looked AMAZING, but at the same time they look like they are my REAL teeth! He explained everything he was doing as he was doing it so I wasn’t left wondering. They look absolutely amazing and feel great. I’m so happy with the results! My husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better dentist!
