Very friendly team here and fast 30 minute cleaning, would definitely recommend.
It's probably the most expensive clinic in the centre of Sofia, but at least for the hygiene treatment, I do not recommend it at all. It has been performed by Petko Stoyanov and just realised after I left Bulgaria and returned to the city where I reside, that I have to repeat the procedure because he did not clean the teeth properly. Will have to wait a bit though because he was also quite hard…

handed and my gums and teeth were sensitive a few days after the treatment and he used the floss with such a pressure, it felt like he was actually pulling my teeth out. I cannot comment on the service of the other dentists at this clinic, but personally I had a bad experience with the one mentioned above.

Travel and Appointment Flexibility Prior to your visit, we had an extensive chat during which you informed us that you would be arriving in Sofia on the same day as your appointment (Thursday). You also asked if we could arrange a backup appointment for Friday so you could check in to your hotel without stress. To accommodate your request and ensure your comfort, we reserved slots for both Thursday and Friday. 2. The Day of the Cleaning Procedure You arrived at our clinic with your partner in a cheerful mood. We welcomed your guest with coffee and ensured they were seated comfortably while you underwent your cleaning. The procedure was performed thoroughly and professionally by Dr. Stoyanov, including flossing, which is a standard and essential part of any oral hygiene treatment. While flossing can occasionally cause minor discomfort, you showed no signs of concern or pain, and at the end of the session, you smiled, paid the fee without hesitation, and made no mention of dissatisfaction. 3. The Following Day On Friday, you contacted us regarding what you believed to be a piece of uncleaned tartar on one of your teeth. Though this seemed unusual, we promptly arranged for you to return within two hours of your call. Upon examination, we explained that the spot you were referring to was not tartar but a discoloration from an old filling that had become more visible after the thorough cleaning and polishing. You acknowledged this explanation and left without any indication of discomfort from the previous day's procedure. You even suggested that you'd be happy to plan your next dental treatment with us during your next visit to Sofia. Please note that this follow-up visit was complimentary. 4. Regarding the Suggestion to Repeat the Procedure We are confident that there is no clinical reason for the cleaning procedure to be repeated. If another dental office has advised otherwise, we would be more than happy to speak with them directly to review the case. Lastly, while we may not be the most expensive clinic in central Sofia, our prices reflect the high standard of care and professionalism we strive to offer every patient.

I have been visiting Noradent for several months with my two daughters. Every time I'm very pleased with the results after the treatment. The procedures are painless. Everything they do is precise. There is a high level of equipment. It is a pleasure for me and my children to take care of our teeth there. I definitely recommend it.

Unfortunately, I was misled over the phone about the way the review would be conducted. The lady who consulted us was attentive, but they had to say over the phone that our case was outside their professional scope. I am disappointed!

Hello Miryana, For the sake of transparency in the process, allow us to share that in order for a doctor to give an objective and competent opinion about a given disease or condition, he should conduct a clinical examination and/or review the patient's medical records. In your case, we did not have such records available during the telephone conversation, nor have we ever examined the patient. We apologize if you were left with the wrong impression during the preliminary telephone conversation. Although we have a great desire to consult patients in detail over the phone, sometimes for objective reasons this is not possible. In order to avoid inaccurate predictions, we usually offer a clinical examination, in which the patient's condition can be established and a treatment prescription can be given. During the examination itself, which you were disappointed with, you yourself shared that the reason for visiting our dental clinic was to seek a second opinion from a dentist. You probably had an expectation of an alternative addressing of the problem, but our conclusion supported the prescription of the previous specialist.
I am extremely satisfied with Dr. Damyanova. I recommend her with both hands!
I really loved this experience. Vaselina and her team were smiley, friendly and helpful. I appreciated the communication before, during and after. My sense is the cleaning was gentler and less rushed than other cleans that I've had and I liked that. I look forward to my biannual clean.
I was on vacation in Sofia and suffered a broken tooth. Since I didn't want it to get infected (it was a deep chip), I decided to go to a dentist (I didn't have travel insurance) and relied on reviews. Luckily, I went to this clinic where I received excellent, professional, and friendly treatment (we communicated perfectly in English). The price-quality ratio was a 10/10. I highly recommend it…

I was in Sofia for two days and I requested very spontaneously an appointment for a control including dental cleaning and x-rays. Dr. Damyanova is superfriendly, highly professional and the treatment rooms are just spa-like. For my next dental check up I will come back to Sofia! 🙏🏼 …
