Dr. Stoyanov is highly professional, attentive and kind. He explains everything calmly and accurately. He perfectly removed my wisdom tooth in about 15-20 minutes. The very next day I started eating. I highly recommend him.

expected. After selecting an available slot, I received a confirmation, only to be informed the following day that the slot was actually unavailable. They offered alternative appointments, which was helpful, but the change did disrupt my schedule. Maybe they have exceptional dental services but I couldn't get to one.

Let's review the facts: 1. On Saturday, March 2nd, 2024, at 10:20 am, you made an online booking through our public Fresha account for a procedure scheduled for Monday at 5:00 pm. 2. On Sunday at 10:34 am, we emailed you to inform you that we couldn't confirm the slot and presented alternative options. 3. Later that same Sunday at 10:57 pm, you responded via email indicating that the proposed alternatives were not suitable. 4. Shortly after, you posted a review on Google sharing your experience with our dental clinic. While we understand your frustration with the scheduling process, let us explain why achieving perfection in this regard is challenging: (I) Adhering to the schedule Due to the nature and complexity of our work, we encounter challenges in precisely adhering to schedules. Patients may experience slight delays due to ongoing treatments, leading to necessary rescheduling. Additionally, some patients cancel appointments on short notice or arrive late, impacting the schedule. In some rare cases, some patients ignore their appointments and don't show up without notifying us at all. We strive to accommodate such changes to meet the needs of all our patients. We try to make the best out of any situation and make ad hoc schedule changes to satisfy the needs of our patients. (II) Booking methods Patients use various methods to book appointments, including phone calls, texting, emails, our website, and online platforms like Fresha. Gathering necessary information and confirming appointments may require time, especially for new patients without prior clinical examinations. (III) Cancellations While appointments can be made online via the self-serving and automated portals like Fresha, cancellations often occur through various channels, including text messages and emails. This dynamic scheduling environment, coupled with international patient traffic and differences in time zones, adds complexity. (IV) Communication We utilize Fresha's platform to communicate effectively with patients. Notes regarding potential scheduling adjustments are provided during the booking process and in confirmation emails, ensuring transparency. The note visible during the booking process on Fresha says: "We will get in touch with you via email to double check the booking slot. Please expect an email from us shortly." The note (which is also labelled as Important) on the email confirmation that anyone gets (you must have received it too) after booking with Fresha, says: "If booked with less than 72 hours notice, there may be a chance it'll need to be rescheduled." (V) Efforts made in your case Upon receiving your booking, we diligently explored options to accommodate you on Monday. However, logistical constraints and unresponsive patients hindered our efforts. Subsequently, we informed you on Sunday morning (24 hours after the booking) via email that we couldn't confirm your Monday appointment, providing time to seek alternatives. This is a common practice for us - we strive to provide optimal service to all our patients by carefully reviewing bookings and making adjustments to accommodate everyone's needs. However, sometimes our efforts may be excessive. Perhaps if we had contacted you shortly after your online booking to discuss available options or simply canceled the appointment, you would have had approximately 24 hours more to arrange an alternative for your procedure on Monday. We acknowledge areas for improvement and apologize for any inconvenience caused. Your feedback is invaluable, and we are dedicated to improving our services.

Despite the luxurious appearance, unnecessary procedures are not recommended, and those that would harm health with the promise of beauty are simply not performed. The most gentle and modern alternatives for procedures, materials and medications are used. The treatment is precise and painless, they even apply a gel to numb the area where the anesthetic will be injected. Natural alternatives are recommended whenever possible in care and treatment, such as homeopathy, herbal products. Everything is explained, before and after each treatment is photographed. A dental canvas is used for excellent results. The site is extremely rich and informative and helped me understand a lot and trust it. The team also has an excellent assistant and so everything happens as well as possible and on time without rushing at the expense of quality. The hours are respected, because there is no reception every 30 minutes, an hour and a half is left so that a person can calmly settle in if they need to brush their teeth with an ecological bamboo brush and specify details of the treatment without waiting for them and bothering the next patient. For me, it is a good sign that Dr. Damyanova does not claim to understand and practice all areas of dentistry, which is also why she recommends good specialists for the things she does not practice. It is impossible for a person to claim to master everything in any area if they are as precise and honest as she is. The team is not large and so there is good communication and coordination, information is not lost and one feels comfortable. The reviews of all patients are excellent without exception, not by chance. I am reminded of the hours by email. Based on all these criteria, after much research, I decided to trust Noradent. Thank you, I no longer dread going to the dentist, because I found the tooth fairies - friendly and excellent specialists with an approach that sincerely rejoices when they see how our joint efforts are rewarded with good health!
