Cannot make an appointment on the website or Facebook (no one answers), also the Zalo link on the website does not work and does not receive a response. Better to make an appointment at another clinic where they respect their customers.

At the Dental Clinic, there is a separate water cabinet for customers coming to the Dental Clinic. Each customer has a separate water bottle.
The employee promised to send the dental X-rays the next day but didn't, breaking their promise. Very disappointing.

At 3pm the employee made an appointment to come back at 4pm. At 3:50pm, I waited until 4:15pm to ask again, the employee seemed to have forgotten the appointment with the person I made the appointment with.

Not a very good experience I had porcelain teeth done at the same place but the other clinic called to periodically check the teeth every year to see how the teeth were, if there were any exposed roots or any recession??..., but BIK (former Bao Viet) did it and then stopped, did not take care of the customers for periodic check-ups, comparing it, we can see the difference in caring for old…
