My first visit to New Smile was ten years ago upon a friends recommendation. I had root canal and a few other fillings, then was back again on my visit to Thailand last week where I had two crowns. Work was faultless on both occasions with kind and caring staff from the reception to the dentist and her assistants. I even had the same dentist 10 years apart. Couldn’t recommend high enough.

I have just completed an extensive treatment program with them and rate them extremely highly. The clinic is absolutely up-to-date and the attention to detail, transparency and patient care proved exceptional.

New Smile Dentists is a fantastic team. I had chipped a piece off my front tooth, and they fixed it with a filling in just 20 minutes. The practice is very clean and meets EU standards 👍👍 I can wholeheartedly recommend this dental practice to anyone.

Good experience. We came late afternoon and managed to get a general cleaning for the next morning. The dentist was lovely and took her time to make sure my mine and my friend’s teeth were clean (around 45ish mins each) she also took time to explain our problem areas and how to clean them more effectively. Clean clinic nice people good dentists. But, I got teeth whitening and paid 9,000baht and it did nothing. Teeth were whiter for that day and that's about it. Save your money and just buy at home kit.

I had a crown fall off. It has been over a year since my last dental exam, so I asked the dentist for a complete exam. The Doctor did the exam and said all was good. I believe the exam was done without charge. I was very pleasantly surprised by the low price of the crown fix and exam. A very honest dental establishment! Highly recommended! No issues communicating everything in English.

I liked everything; everything went well. The crown replacement was done well. They found an appointment for us very quickly; they made a temporary crown first and replaced it with a permanent one just two days later. It cost 22,000 baht. Another clinic asked for 38,000. Perhaps their prices are reasonable.
