I came to new smile dentist because it was one of the top rated in Patong. I had an infection in the gum near my wisdom tooth, and the doctor recommend that I come to a dentist. area burnt away the excess gum. Because I was already on the antibiotics. She said keep it clean, use saline and the pain should go away, but in the future, I will need to get this wisdom tooth removed. If I was staying here longer, I would have done it through them as it seems the quality of the care that you get from the dentist. I have to say, she's a fantastic dentist and a top-notch team. I was there this morning because I was in excruciating pain, but thanks to this fantastic team, I received truly excellent help. whitening procedure instead (even though he didn't); that's how truly methodical, meticulous, precise, and thorough he was with cleaning my teeth. I've never had anyone do such a phenomenal and thorough job on a basic cleaning. Also the price was more than reasonable, only 2000 Baht ($82.55CAD/$58USD/£45)...I pay 4-5X times as much in Canada and never had my teeth cleaned so well. Highly, highly, recommend this for basic teeth cleaning and highly recommend Dr.Chumporn...he will do an excellent job on your teeth....I promise you!

I was able to make an appointment on the same day. They promptly diagnosed the problem, explained the cause of the pain, gave the necessary information, and were able to temporarily resolve the issue before returning home. The price is not expensive. Thanks to this clinic, compared to the previous three, they helped here.

Got a referral from a friend as i was a bit apprehensive to travel overseas for dental. It was worth it, these guys were great. Very professional and clean. I would highly recommend for any dental work. I got implants have to go back in 6 months to finish tops off. Very capable dentists.

According to your responses: For the treatment of cavity, the worst case they charge 3,000 baht. If you search on Google for the cost standard for cavity treatment, everything is transparent and open. There is no case where a cavity will cost 41500 baht, are you carzy ? Response from the owner Edited a year agoThe cost for root canal and the cost for composite filling is difference. The price can be found in our website we does not charge any more than what is listed. Please let us clarify your current condition. The cavity on your tooth is pulp exposed as shown in the X-ray taken during the examination. The 40k treatment plan includes the root canal treatment and the post-crown restoration which consider resonable price. The filling cost here is starting from 1,500 THB but cannot be done in your case due to pulp is already exposed which can lead to infection if left untreated. All patient is welcome to take time for decision or find second opinion before starting any treatment. You can contact us if you still misunderstand about any detail of treatment plan. Please reconsider your misleading review.

looked very different to the temporary ones I had fitted for the 2 days. Even the dentist said it was a fault on the technician side. The teeth next to my fangs were sticking out and another dentist came in, the boss, and said just filed them down. The front teeth are leaning on an angle, the line is not centred. I attached the 1st photo was the final result and the 2nd was the temporary teeth which is what I expected to get. They are not what I expected.

We have sent this information to consult with our dentist. In your case, we can still do some modification on your next trip. In general, the veneer shape is based on the discussion about patient preference. Dentist will recommend some options but the final decision will belong to the patient. Hence, it is important for the patient to be sure about their decision first before starting the procedure. However, in some case the final result cannot be exactly the same to what patient has in mind due to original midline and tooth shape, alignment, arch size, occlusion and others factors. After, the final veneer has been fabricated some minor adjustment can still be made and in some case the dentist can sent the work back to the lab for modification. The dentist will not cement the veneer without patient agreement in every case. From our record, your requested at the first place was to have broad smile. After the temporary veneers are restored, every patient has chance to revised their preference. You had asked our dentist to modified 4 items from the temporary veneers which were increasing the length, making square teeth, centered the midline, and increasing the length of left canine. The changed was made for the final veneer. Before the final veneer were cemented, you have agreed on how it looks On the recheck visit, dentist has adjusted the shape for squarer tooth as you requested however you still unsure whether the veneers were too long or not. So, you and the dentist agreed to leaved them like this first. She did suggest if you still want to have them shorter, we can make some modification on your next trip.

k Thai, so there was no language barrier. He informed me immediately after inspection that I’d need a filling and informed me of the price- 2,500 baht. The process was pain free (I didn’t need anaesthetic) and the service was very good. The dentist really took his time to make sure it was perfect and paused throughout to check I was ok. I am very happy with the end result. I would recommend this dentist to anyone and would like to reassure people that they can trust this clinic if they to find themselves in a similar situation to me.
