me the estimate IN US DOLLARS, even though I was in Mexico. When I asked for the price in pesos, they told me each tooth would cost 5,500 pesos! (That was the price they gave me after converting from dollars to pesos), and on top of that, removing each cavity would be charged separately. (Everyone sets their own prices, but I think these prices are above what's normal for this procedure with dentists in Mexico.) I went to another dentist who charged in Mexican pesos (the norm), and before having my teeth extracted, I asked him to remove the cavities (which the dentist at New Look told me I had). The dentist looked and looked and told me I DIDN'T HAVE ANY CAVITIES. I find it dishonest and wrong that they want to add problems for the patient to charge more (like cavities), that they want to charge in dollars and give their prices in dollars while in Mexico, and then finally convert their prices from dollars to pesos when they should have had them in pesos from the beginning.

might work. Paper work galore...and yet no quality Dentistry. Awful Cancun experience. Stay away from this " dental" place in a big mall. Get quality not lousy service.

Obviously, I said no (why couldn't I see my husband there?). First of all, he's my husband, and second, he would be paying. We decided to leave, and when we came out, we only saw the same woman and the doctor laughing. It was incredibly unethical, and frankly, it's awful that they're so unprofessional. People can easily go to another clinic.

Saturday. I left feeling confident with my new smile and all the work done. Dr. David, Dr. Germán, Dr. Pedro, Karime, Mark, even the taxi driver, Francisco and the entire beautiful staff ensured that my visit was safe, easy and as painless as could be. I was able to meet 3 other people from the states also getting procedures done and their smiles looked great as well. I would highly recommend this facility for dental work, especially snap dentures and implants. THANK YOU Cancun Cosmetic Dentistry.

months for my final treatment, Phase Two. 👍🏻 5 months later:... Phase 2 I just got back from my two weeks in Cancún for Phase 2. I chose to be sedated during the first day because I didn't want to feel anything while they uncovered my implants. I'm so glad I chose that because while they uncovered the implants, they realized that one of my implants in the front did not take. They had to take it out and move it. Have I mentioned that I did not feel any pain during phase one, and during phase two? With all the work they had to do to me, and after watching the surgery videos, it's just amazing and awesome to not have felt any pain at all, even while recuperating. Anyway, the next few days was all about making the molds, and picking out my new teeth, the color of the teeth, and even the color of the gums. They would have me come in and put them in my mouth to see how they fit, how they looked, how I looked when I smiled and make adjustments. This procedure lasted a few days. Dr. David is a perfectionist when it comes to aesthetic and functionality. Towards the end of my trip, they sent me to eat as many textures as possible. They wanted to see if I could eat and I could!!! I hadn't been able to eat many things freely for about 15 years due to missing molars, loose teeth, and loose crowns and bridges. After phase one, all I could eat was soups, mashed potatoes, and very mushy pastas. I had a very hard time with the dentures. Anyway, back to Cancún, once everything fit and worked perfectly, they sent them out to the lab for the final steps to be done. I will be honest in saying that it's going to take me a little while to get used to my new smile. When I look at myself in the mirror, I feel that all I see is a big mouth full of teeth. Dr. Germán had to remind me that I haven't had a full set of teeth for over 15 years. Of course, I look different. Everyone says that my smile is beautiful. The teeth are perfect. I will post pictures below. I am so grateful to everybody there. I have made friends at that office. I shed a few tears but I had a lot of laughs. I am going to post one particular picture where I have a crooked smile, (the last pic). The reason for my crooked smile is because I had local anesthesia that day due to my stitches. So, for two whole weeks, the dentists kept on telling me to smile, smile normal, smile big, etc. This, my last day there, I decided to take a selfie and told everyone to smile. When I took the picture, we all noticed that my smile was crooked, and we all cracked up. We teased saying that I was going to post that picture on Google and tell everyone not to go to that office. I'm telling you now, go to New Look Dental/Cancún Cosmetic Dentistry. It's the best decision I have made in a long time! I miss them already and it's only been two days 💛

for me because of my age, its functionality, and, very importantly, its aesthetic appeal. It was in two phases. The first was the surgery, which was done under sedation, and I never knew what time it started or ended. There was no pain after the surgery, and with the medication they prescribed, I was very comfortable. There was a little swelling and bruising, but nothing to worry about. The second phase was the rehabilitation. After four months, they uncovered the implants and started the denture process, which is one of the most beautiful processes because we see the shape of the teeth, the color, etc. It's fantastic because you get to choose how you want to feel! The management of this clinic, led by Dr. Germán Arzate, a super talented doctor, oversees everything from the initial evaluation and surgery to rehabilitation and, very importantly, the final aesthetic touch. His team is the best in the world, including Dr. Olivia Arriaga, Dr. David Guerrero, Dr. Roberto Lara, and Dr. Diego Alexander—all excellent and highly professional doctors. Karina Carrión is excellent, very kind and lovely, Jazmin Bernal is super friendly, and Diego is very kind and cordial. Isabel is very kind and lovely; I wouldn't want to leave anyone out because they are all excellent. In fact, my 81-year-old mother was very interested in dental treatment, and the same team mentioned above was with us. It was a complete success; my mother's treatment was finished in just six days. We are very grateful and congratulate everyone for their wonderful care. Thank you for being who you are and for helping so many people who need this. We love you all very much!
