The clinic seems to follow a more traditional, local style of dentistry, and this may work fine for many people. But for Western patients who expect clear communication, step-by-step explanations, and a more clinical environment, this might not be the best fit.

This is a standard practice to ensure patient safety and comfort. Patients may also request protective goggles, which we are always happy to provide. Rubber dam usage: For root canal treatment, the rubber dam technique is mandatory. It isolates the tooth from saliva, keeps the area clean, and protects you from accidentally swallowing any instruments or chemicals. This is an international standard of care to ensure both safety and accuracy. Consent and explanation: Before the procedure, you signed an informed consent form outlining the steps involved. If anything still felt unclear, we sincerely apologize we would have been glad to explain further during your appointment and you can ask anytime to the dentist. Multiple x-rays: Taking several x-rays during a root canal is necessary for the dentist to evaluate the condition of the tooth, identify the canals, and ensure the treatment is completed properly. Given the good reviews, I would have liked to get treatment, but there were no appointments available for a week. It's not a big deal, though, because the receptionist isn't very friendly or welcoming.

I had four wisdom teeth removed, including some very difficult and impacted ones, and the doctor handled everything like an absolute professional. Also, the lady at the reception is incredibly kind and helpful. She always greeted me with a smile and made the whole experience much easier. Highly recommend this clinic.
