Me, my wife and my parents have been numerous times and would certainly recommend them. They are very professional, speak good English, and offer good consultation, whether you are going for basic cleaning or more specific procedures. They tend to get busy (another good sign) so booking is recommended!

After a year and a half of going here, my wife and I aren’t going back. Really bad management and inconsistent work. One reviewer mentioned a weak 13 minute cleaning, I experienced the same. contact me on several occasions. I have also come to find out that they have cost me 50,000 baht that I didn’t need to spend if they had offered me an option which was available. Their manager has responded to a couple of reviews in an untruthful manner. She says she has 20 years in the business but it doesn’t show in the results. We have now found a better dental office just 5 minutes up the road from them. Bottom line, this place just lost two clients who live here year round. I knew they would respond to try and save face and they lie. They have my contact and didn’t bother to try. I have on expert authority that they did a procedure that wasn’t necessary. What I stated is 100 percent accurate. They screwed up but will never admit it.

Hello Stephen, we understand your critism and would like to comment on it. Last time we explained that it was a normal cleaning and not deep cleaning with a Periodontist. The cleaning was done with a general dentist. It's happen that patient felt sometimes a treatment takes too long or it's too quick, but our philosophy centers dedication and commitment towards our job. Always provide 100% every Fullday and treat every patient same with dignity. We tried to contact through your wife but calls wasn't always responded. About cost of treatment and plan were given, if you disagree or not fully understand with the plan you need to discuss with dentist directly. Our doctors always discussed with you prior to performing the treatment. We strive to provide transparent pricing and quality care and after visiting us a few times, you could say and tell us infront. It's very surprising that only reading all the negative reviews of our clinic you can judge us immediately that it's untruthful. However,we assure you that we do not perform unnecessary procedures and follow the gold standard for dental care. Our practice has served the local community for over 7 years now, and our commitment to patient care is unwavering. Good luck with the other clinic, it's the right choice. Staff very exceptionally friendly. Dr Fon is very gentle. My dentist since 2015, quick,efficient,caring and explained everything. I recommend this clinic for anyone in Rawai or Phuket.

If you want to have your eighth tooth removed quickly and painlessly, I highly recommend this clinic! Dr. New is very caring and a true professional! The receptionists are very polite! Thank you so much again! I'll add a review: I later had a professional teeth cleaning here. My worries were unnecessary, as the procedure was very comfortable and painless!

I came for a cleaning. They had me in and out in 13 minutes. I always up for efficiency but not at the cost of quality. My teeth feel better but they don’t have that squeaky new car clean.
