They asked if I had an appointment; I said no, but they still took my information and let me go upstairs. Once I reached reception, everything changed. The staff was kind, respectful, and genuinely willing to help. I explained my situation and told them I just needed a check-up, and if possible, to have it done that same day since I was leaving the country soon. Even though they normally work by appointment, they went out of their way to assist me. They sent me for a panoramic X-ray nearby and asked me to return in three hours because they had an available spot. I came back, they attended me right away, reviewed the X-ray, did the full consultation, and explained EVERYTHING with clarity—priorities, treatment options, timelines, costs, everything. The human touch really stood out. When you enter the consultation room, your name is displayed on the window, which has a beautiful view. It’s a small detail, but it makes you feel welcome and taken care of. From the receptionist to the two doctors, the service was exceptional—professional, warm, and efficient. Regarding the treatment itself, it turned out to be a long and delicate process, not something that could realistically be done in two days due to dental sensitivity and the time required for each step. So that day they were only able to work on the initial part—what was truly possible considering the limited time I had left in the country. And even so, I left extremely satisfied with what we were able to accomplish. I’m already planning to return in January or February to continue the treatment with them. I highly recommend this clinic—outstanding professionals with a genuine human approach.

I definitely plan to return in January or February to continue the process with them. I recommend them without hesitation: professional, humane, and extremely efficient.

I had a cleaning, fillings, and neck lift done by Dr. Ana Briceño. The service is excellent; she has a very gentle touch and didn't cause me nearly as much discomfort in my mouth as I usually experienced with appointments at my health insurance provider. I highly recommend her.
