always have to be a gamble and an unknown quantity? I was informed that during the filling, one tooth had to be sealed, hence the increased cost. But did the dentist warn me about this? No, of course he didn't, and I wasn't prepared for the higher cost this month. Maybe I'd like to have the sealant done next month. Such things should be discussed in advance with the patient, and if they can't be determined during the checkup, they can inform me about it during the procedure. But here, there's no information, only information after the fact. In such a situation, I expect dentists to provide reliable information about what's being done to my teeth and how much it will cost. It's a bit like going to the mechanic for an oil change, and the mechanic decided my tires were a bit bald and replaced them without consulting me first. And then, during that visit, another leak was discovered. It wasn't detected during the inspection, which was primarily intended to detect leaks (the inspection cost 100 PLN, which was probably poor and completely unnecessary). Now I have a set price for repairing the leak, but what guarantee do I have that the exact amount will be quoted at the time of payment? Absolutely none. Magdalena Stef could find another leak, and the price could be two, three, or five times higher, and I'll only find out at the time of payment. Please beware of the unreliable dentists working at this salon, their incompetence, and their attempts to scam you. I wouldn't wish this kind of experience on anyone. I don't recommend them, and I won't be going back.

Hello Mr. Karol, unfortunately, I can't evaluate your treatment because I didn't see you and I don't remember us even meeting. However, I suspect you're writing on behalf of someone else who recently visited my office for treatment. Before the appointment, I always inform them what will be performed. It's hard for me to imagine doing anything without the patient's consent. If the patient doesn't have any concerns, I perform the procedure. At the end of the appointment, I inform them what was treated and how much it costs. In this case, one of the cavities turned out to be small, and I charged even less for one tooth than the price list, meaning it was a filling. However, it was also a tooth with decay. When treating two teeth, the cost of the visit is actually higher than when treating just one tooth. If I had only had the information to treat one tooth, there wouldn't have been the slightest problem. During the first appointment, which included a consultation, examination, intraoral camera images, and a treatment plan, both teeth treated that day were documented with images and were included in the treatment plan. So you can't claim I made something up during the process, because you're wrong. Yes, sometimes additional teeth can emerge for treatment, for example, in interdental spaces, which sometimes can't be seen without opening the adjacent tooth, but that wasn't the case in this case. Furthermore, I showed on the dental chart completed at the first visit which teeth were already treated and which were not. If someone undergoing treatment with me needs additional information, I'm happy to help. If they don't recommend me and don't return, I'm sorry, but I believe I performed my treatment to the best of my ability. I always strive to be very honest when billing patients and I'm far from extorting. However, thank you for your opinion; I will strive to improve patient communication. I needed an urgent consultation, and I had an appointment the next day. The dentist was very nice, did a great job, and I'll definitely be back! The reception was very nice, the bathroom was clean, and they were great about using disposable toothbrushes, something I haven't seen in other offices. I recommend them.

I visited the clinic because of the excellent dentist, Ms. Magda Szymkowiak. Ms. Magda is exceptional, and visits with her are pure pleasure for your teeth. She has the gift of no pain, and she can turn unpleasant childhood memories into positive ones. I highly recommend her, and I travel from Gdańsk for my appointments because it's worth it :-)

Unfortunately, my mother's dentist did something wrong, not only did she make a toothache without her knowledge, but then she had it corrected, and the pain is still there. The dentist said the pain could last for two weeks and that she needed to apply some ointment. This is not wise, Mrs. Smolińska.

Every procedure in our office is performed with the patient's consent, and for some procedures, the patient must also provide written consent. Sometimes, post-procedural sensitivity can occur after a procedure, for example, with deeper fillings or cervical fillings. These may be temperature or bite sensitivity. In such cases, doctors, depending on the symptoms and previous procedures performed, prescribe different methods to help the discomfort subside more quickly. However, this doesn't mean the work was poorly done. Unfortunately, without knowing what was performed and which method was used, I can't provide further information.
