A very professional approach to the client. Andrzej explained everything to expect during the procedure. He and Agata create a pleasant atmosphere. I had a tooth extracted, and the crown was barely visible above the gum (I thought it would be a bit of a challenge to remove it), but everything went smoothly, and their professionalism and experience were evident. Dear Sir, During the procedure, the tooth was removed in its entirety, which I confirmed immediately after the extraction and on a follow-up X-ray, which showed no tooth remnants. The "pieces" you reported are not tooth fragments, but rather small bone fragments, which can spontaneously separate during healing in some patients—a phenomenon known and described in dentistry. You were informed of this and received clear instructions not to remove any structures from the socket yourself, as this could lead to superinfection and prolong the healing process. I'm sorry you have negative feelings about the treatment, but from a medical perspective, the procedure and follow-up were performed correctly and in accordance with the rules of medical practice. As you wrote, the procedure was successful, and your feelings and belief that something was not completely removed are incorrect. You had this clarified during your visit. I encourage you to consult with your doctor in person, not online. Follow-up visits and any suture removal at MPdental are always free and included in the treatment fee. n my tooth three times! He assured me he would "rebuild it and make it look like it was before," but the end result was sloppy ("in a hurry"). Quality of work: I had to return three times to correct what was broken. Worst of all, during my last visit, the doctor only corrected the outside of the tooth. He brazenly stated that "no one can see the inside anyway," so he wouldn't correct anything. Lack of manners and objectification: Dr. B. is very arrogant. I felt like a free practice model, not like a patient paying a lot of money. While applying the dental dam (protection), the doctor showed the assistant how to attach the clamps, which was very painful and unpleasant. I didn't hear a single "sorry" despite my obvious discomfort. Documentation Policy: Even though you pay for the x-rays out of pocket, the clinic refuses to release them to the patient, which is unacceptable. Organization: Although I accommodated the administration and came at a different time at their request, the doctor showed no professionalism whatsoever. Pros: The only positive is the cleanliness of the hallways and restrooms. However, that's definitely not enough to entrust my health to them. Summary: I feel cheated and disrespected. For the very high prices, I received terrible service, pain, and stress. Avoid!

Hello, Ms. Natalia. You did indeed have root canal treatment with Dr. Bębn. Unfortunately, after these past several months, it's difficult to comment on your post. It's a shame you didn't let us know right away that you were dissatisfied with the treatment. According to the photos taken by the doctor, the treatment went very well. The canals are filled properly. During root canal treatment, a rubber dam clamp is indeed placed on the tooth, and in most cases, it's not pleasant. Regarding filing the tooth, unfortunately, you have to open the tooth to provide good access to the canals so that the file doesn't break in the canal, and sometimes you have to temporarily lower the tooth out of the bite to prevent the tooth wall from breaking off. Dr. Bęben, with his experience in endodontics, probably wanted to achieve this. You paid for the root canal treatment and restoration according to the price list. During root canal treatment, the doctor takes all photos free of charge, regardless of how many are taken. However, I'm surprised that you wrote about not being able to provide them to the patient. I tried to clarify this by phone, but I can't reach you. For 13 years (as long as our practice has existed), we have always provided photos upon patient request. We used to provide printouts. For over a year, we have had a dedicated platform where you can download your photos using the codes sent to you. If your tooth restoration still doesn't meet your expectations, I invite you to visit me or one of our other dentists and we'll see what we can do to improve your satisfaction. of an orthodontist – two fixed braces – and I was very pleased with the final results. I went for regular checkups, as recommended, and had regular dental cleanings – sandblasting and scaling. Overall, I visited the dentist several times a year. I treated any cavities, even minor ones, immediately. The dentist's word that anything needed treatment was enough, and I never questioned the costs. I was absolutely convinced that this approach and extensive preventative care would protect me from what happened, and I trusted the office. However, a few days ago, I noticed two strange dots on my lower sixth. I thought it was discoloration or some harmless lesion, so I went straight to the dentist's office. As it turned out, the lesion was very serious; the pulp was practically completely destroyed, and the tooth needed root canal treatment. Interestingly, I had been to the dentist a month earlier (November) and also in September, and before that, for a checkup. I believe it's impossible that the tooth was healthy in the previous months. I'm not a dentist, but such a significant change doesn't usually appear in two or three weeks. It's rather difficult not to notice such a significant change. What's most incomprehensible to me is why no dentist performed a panoramic X-ray during previous checkups or other dental treatments. Now I know I have to ask for it myself. I thought that after so many years under the care of specialists, I didn't have to worry about such things myself, and that was my mistake. Now I would demand a panoramic X-ray at every checkup, and I recommend doing so; dentists don't take the initiative. I'm left with the feeling that it wasn't worth the checkup since such a serious lesion wasn't found. I'm attaching photos of the lesion and what the tooth currently looks like, which will unfortunately be dead, simply because, despite frequent visits and checkups, it wasn't treated. To clarify, the tooth wasn't causing any symptoms or pain even when I went to the dentist; I was only concerned about the dots visible in the photo. I'm also attaching a general photo of my teeth so that no one would assume the situation was due to a lack of hygiene on my part. I've really taken care of my teeth and I strive to take care of them to perfection. I recommend always having a panoramic X-ray done before any treatment, as overconfidence can unfortunately lead to a situation like mine.

Hello, Mr. Sebastian. I must admit that you are an exemplary patient. You have annual visits and maintain good oral hygiene. A panoramic X-ray should be performed on average every two years, and even more frequently if changes are observed. If a cavity is suspected, a small X-ray of the tooth can always be taken to confirm. The X-ray you posted shows dark lesions that don't indicate root canal treatment. However, caries has developed in the tooth near the gumline between the teeth, which has begun to spread deeper into the tooth from the distal side toward the pulp chamber. Such cavities are difficult to see and diagnose. A filling already in the tooth may have also obstructed the visibility of the tissue. The doctor who performed the examination at the previous visit clearly didn't see anything in that area and didn't suspect anything. If an X-ray had been taken, treatment could probably have been initiated earlier and the tooth might have been saved. I'm sorry this happened.
