A place staffed by excellent, competent, committed, and friendly specialists. I always receive full information about my treatment during my visit. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the receptionists are very kind. I use this facility regularly with my entire family. I highly recommend it.

I can't think of any other place I could go to after my wanderings from office to office and always returning because there's always something to do :( and once it's done, and the problem is gone, I recommend MPdental wholeheartedly ;).

A complete failure. They don't meet the deadlines for prosthetic services. The young doctors are inclined to extract teeth rather than treat them. It's a disgrace, and I don't recommend it.

Hello, Ms. Urszula. We're sorry you feel this way about us. First, I'd like to emphasize that the description doesn't refer to your treatment, but to someone close to you. First, the doctor who treated you has several years of experience, and having known him for many years, I'm certain he wouldn't extract a tooth that could still be saved and used for future prosthetic work to improve and enhance stability. Every tooth is precious, so the statement that "doctors are prone to pulling teeth" is untrue. Of course, every prosthetic work is different; some are simple, others more complex, and in such cases, every detail matters. We did indeed experience a delay in completing the prosthetic work. However, this wasn't the office's fault, but the prosthodontic laboratory that performed it. Nevertheless, we met the patient's needs and, after contacting him and explaining why the completion date would be later than expected, we offered a discount for the delay. We're sorry this happened, but we hope the patient will ultimately be satisfied with the work we performed.
