Sincere thanks to Dr. Kazakova and Nurse Teodora for the wonderful attitude towards the child and for the treatment. Everything was done carefully, calmly and without pain or tension.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Kozakova and nurse Teodora for their professionalism, efficiency, and ability to find an approach to the child.
We treated our child for caries. Nurse Teodora and Dr. Kazakova were very attentive to the patients, found a way to connect with our child and put a filling in. We will definitely return for dental treatment.
I am impressed by the high quality, painless treatment and attitude. I would give 100 stars if I could.
Ms. Kozakova is a careful, intelligent and professional doctor. She is probably the only one in Burgas who does not extract teeth, but treats and preserves them. The service is not cheap, but the price is deserved. Huge thanks to her; it is a pity that I did not get to know her earlier.

r attitude towards patients (this was my second visit to you). Instead of apologizing (the fact that you wrote that you're sorry is not an apology) for not valuing your patients' time the same way you value your own, you prefer to make excuses, which doesn't surprise me. In my opinion, an experienced dentist can estimate when he starts working with a patient how long the procedure will take. You have staff who could have contacted me and warned me to come later. I have obviously shown understanding towards other people's urgent problems after standing for 40 minutes and waiting without anyone informing me how much longer I would have to wait. If I were in an office expecting health insurance service, I would have no complaints, but given the standard you maintain with your prices, you cannot afford such frivolous treatment.

Hello, We are sorry that you had to wait. We always strive for correctness and respect for each patient's time, but our priority remains the care of the health of people who are already in the chair and need help. We could not interrupt treatment to catch up with the schedule - this would be a manifestation of irresponsibility and unprofessionalism. Delays sometimes happen and cannot always be predicted. We understand your inconvenience, but it is not correct to draw conclusions about the professional qualities of a doctor, given that you did not take advantage of the service and left immediately before being admitted
Dr. Kazakova is an incredible specialist! The service is top-notch.
A good clinic, they helped me with my inflamed gums, and they have Russian-speaking doctors.

more professional successes. I recommend DR. MARIA KAZAKOVA 🙌 The only minus I would add is one of the MK Dental Care team - a man who speaks Russian. No matter how many times I greeted him or smiled at him, he just looked at me with indifference and did not return my greeting. For several examinations in the office, he never once greeted me.
I’ve been to this clinic several times—for cavity treatment, professional teeth cleaning, and wisdom tooth extraction. The clinic is clean and modern, and the doctors did their work professionally and without discomfort. Overall, I’m satisfied with the service and would recommend the clinic. I plan to return for regular check-ups.
Wonderful doctor, kind, responsive, attentive, explains in such detail and calmly, listens, just wonderful! My teeth brightened, showed me how to brush them, gave me a special brush, charming and super specialist! Thank you very much ❤️
