I'm very pleased. Our whole family, including our child, has been receiving treatment for a year now. The staff treats each client with care and consideration. Modern technology allows us to solve many dental problems. The price matches the quality.
Thank you to the team, Dr. Kazakova and the wonderful treatment. I arrived from England with pain and in the short period of my stay they were able to help me and cure everything.
One of the best dental clinics in the country. The staff are great professionals and very friendly. The clinic has all the tools necessary and they even make x-rays on the spot.

Don't think she's very good, she wants a lot of money for a filling, 200 leva, and she tries to charm people to take their money. I WISH YOU THERE WERE DOCTORS IN THIS BULGARIA.

In the meantime, the orthodontist (after a panoramic radiograph) determined that this was tooth 65, which was in the process of being replaced, and recommended that it be extracted before placing an orthodontic appliance. At the follow-up examination, we requested that the tooth be extracted to avoid future complications and the need to dismantle the orthodontic structure. The doctor refused without a written opinion from the orthodontist. I immediately contacted the orthodontist by phone, who confirmed that there were no contraindications for extraction and that the area would be monitored with an appliance. The conversation lasted about 5 minutes. Then the doctor left the office. We waited approximately 30 minutes, after which we were informed by the nurse that the examination time had expired and the child would not be admitted that day. We arrived exactly at the scheduled time. The delay was due to the requirement for additional confirmation. However, instead of a professional decision, we received a refusal to treat and the child was left with a temporary filling and without a final solution to the problem. In addition, it created the impression of a lack of clinical consistency and coordination in making therapeutic decisions. I believe that such an organization of work and communication with a child's parent is unprofessional. Addition after the clinic's response: Your response does not reflect what actually happened. The telephone conversation with the orthodontist lasted 5 minutes. I repeat – 5 minutes. During this conversation, the doctor left the office and was absent for approximately 30–40 minutes, without returning in person to explain the situation. We waited all this time in the office. We arrived exactly at the appointed time. The delay was not our fault. We did not refuse treatment or at least an examination of the temporary filling placed during the previous visit. We expected a professional solution or at least a basic apology for the situation. Instead, we received a transfer of responsibility.

We would like to clarify the described situation from the point of view of medical standards and the organization of work in our clinic. First of all, we would like to emphasize that in order to perform a tooth extraction (removal) on the recommendation of another specialist (orthodontist), official documentation or a written opinion is required. This is a standard procedure that guarantees the child’s safety and the correct treatment plan. A personal telephone conversation cannot replace the medical referral in the patient’s official documentation. Regarding the delay – in our clinic we strive to strictly adhere to the schedule in order to respect the time of all our young patients. The time for your examination was used for consultation and attempts to coordinate with the external specialist. Unfortunately, the duration of these conversations exceeded the planned time window. The doctor is obliged to continue working with the children registered for the next hours until you talk to the other person on the phone. Our priority is always compliance with medical protocols and the patient’s health. You were offered the opportunity for a new appointment to complete the treatment, but such an offer was declined by you.
I am very satisfied with the service of nurse Teodora and Dr. M. Kazakova I recommend them to you, you will not go wrong, impeccable specialists!
