Disgusting service, they take me in as an emergency and for an hour instead of doing anything to stop the pain I fill out paperwork, they promised me they would stop the pain, but in the end they just filed my tooth and gave me an appointment the next day at 4:00 PM and told me to take painkillers. This is my second time going to this office, the first time they cleaned my tartar without anesthesia, it was horrible, and now during the examination they injured my gum in two places. Mk Dental Care, I found a few years ago on Google reviews as that's how I always search for new places. Now, nearing my 8th appointment visit, I can definitely write a correct review. Firstly, Mk Dental Care is a fantastic modern practice that is located in a nice area of Burgas, with easy parking for good access. It's extremely clean, with excellent medern equipment. On top of all that, MK offers a very professional service. The staff are polite and helpful, gental and caring. But most of all, they are very trustworthy and honest. I had some gum issues that have now been fixed. I'm so very happy, I've lived in Bulgaria many years and visited many dentists. But Mk Dental is without a doubt the best.
