I visited Dr. Koddo for a consultation regarding the possible placement of a single implant / on the upper jaw / in place of a missing tooth. The examination went like this: a detailed history taking, as if I were going to be admitted to the hospital for heart surgery, which is not necessary given that my visit was only for informational purposes. All this was described by the nurse in about 15 minutes. Then Dr. Koddo came, who, after questioning me for a few minutes, firmly and categorically stated that I had to extract all my remaining healthy teeth, five in number, and have implants placed on the entire upper jaw and, accordingly, a whole non-removable structure made on top. I do not think this is a professional and competent attitude towards the patient. It is probably some kind of alternative for people who have lost all their teeth. But to be offered to extract healthy teeth is downright ridiculous. I will not comment on the price that was offered to me. You will guess for yourself.
