Her communication style was cold, condescending, and borderline offensive, which is unacceptable in any medical environment. Overall, her lack of competence, combined with a disrespectful attitude, makes her unfit for patient care in her current state

The clinic is very lovely. We came for dental work at the end of January, and the doctor was so nice, she gave us a FERPERO ROCHER. We were so happy! We highly recommend it.

I'll start by saying that my poor English didn't help me understand the cost of the teeth cleaning, so much so that when I arrived at the office I was torn between returning or having the money sent quickly via the credit card I knew they accepted (but I didn't know they withheld 3% on amounts under 1,000 baht). In the end, I decided to have my teeth cleaned, which, unfortunately, turned out to be very shoddy and too quick. I don't think it even lasted 15 minutes. I asked the doctor if she'd apply polish, which she did, but in a ridiculous way, without touching all my teeth. I don't know if this was because she was annoyed that I wanted to return. In any case, it's unprofessional, and I'm sorry, but I can't give it more than 3 stars; in fact, it would be less. I have to compliment the receptionist: she was kind, helpful, friendly, and understanding.
My tooth cap fell out, so I went to get it replaced right on January 1st. It was a relief that they were open on New Year's Day. There were several dentists near my hotel, but they were all closed. The doctor is a woman, and the clinic is run by a team of three women: one nurse and one receptionist. The doctor and staff are trustworthy, and it was very helpful that they were open on New Year's Day. Thank you very much.

I had braces here for a year, but it wasn't finished. I had to move abroad, so I wore a retainer for a year. I returned to Thailand to continue treatment. Dr. Pim is as lovely as ever. I live in Bangkok and drive to Pattaya every month.
I had my wisdom tooth extracted by a male dentist. He's skilled, provided good information, and the procedure didn't take long.
The doctor gave good advice. He was very kind and lovely. I highly recommend him.

The service was good, but the orthodontist and the person handling payment/scheduling said a certain amount, but on the day of treatment, I ended up paying more. This should have been agreed upon beforehand, because sometimes we always ask how much we'll have to pay next time so we can prepare the money. 31 July 2022. Just had my teeth cleaned and a chipped tooth repaired for 1700 bht. Same day appointment available. The Dr was so nice and friendly. English speaking and so cute. Very professional establishment. Suggested by my friend who came here for teeth whitening.
