This dentist, a woman in her late 20s to early 30s with a small build, demonstrated a highly unprofessional attitude. Her diagnostic skills were clearly lacking, and her communication with patients was poor and dismissive. She came across as arrogant, rude, and emotionally detached, with an inflated ego that negatively impacted the entire experience. Instead of providing reassurance or clarity, she created discomfort and distrust. There were also concerning signs of possible bias or discriminatory behavior, which made the interaction feel even more inappropriate and unacceptable in a medical setting. Her communication style was cold, condescending, and borderline offensive, which is unacceptable in any medical environment. Overall, her lack of competence, combined with a disrespectful attitude, makes her unfit for patient care in her current state

I'll start by saying that my poor English didn't help me understand the cost of the teeth cleaning, so much so that when I arrived at the office I was torn between returning or having the money sent quickly via the credit card I knew they accepted (but I didn't know they withheld 3% on amounts under 1,000 baht). If I had returned, I would have had to pay 100 baht immediately for the use of the materials used and for 1 minute of verification and confirmation of the estimate, which was already an agreement (never happened in all these years). In the end, I decided to have my teeth cleaned, which, unfortunately, turned out to be very shoddy and too quick. I don't think it even lasted 15 minutes. I asked the doctor if she'd apply polish, which she did, but in a ridiculous way, without touching all my teeth. I don't know if this was because she was annoyed that I wanted to return. In any case, it's unprofessional, and I'm sorry, but I can't give it more than 3 stars; in fact, it would be less. I have to compliment the receptionist: she was kind, helpful, friendly, and understanding.

My tooth cap fell out, so I went to get it replaced right on January 1st. It was a relief that they were open on New Year's Day. There were several dentists near my hotel, but they were all closed. I went around 1:00 without an appointment and was told to come around 3:00 or 4:00, so I went around 4:00 and had to wait about 30 minutes, but they still treated me properly. The receptionist said it would be around 1,000 baht, but it actually only cost 800 baht. It's not covered by insurance, so it's helpful that it's cheap. It seems their main business is orthodontics. The doctor is a woman, and the clinic is run by a team of three women: one nurse and one receptionist. The doctor and staff are trustworthy, and it was very helpful that they were open on New Year's Day. Thank you very much.
