t how comfortable it was. No anaesthetic was required, and the drill felt far less invasive than what I had experienced at other dentists in the past. One of the deeper fillings was still painful to chew on afterwards, so I returned for a bite adjustment with Dr. Khalisah — at no extra charge. She advised me to monitor it for a few weeks, but the discomfort persisted. I then went in for a CBCT (3D dental) scan, which revealed inflammation of the nerve above the tooth. I really wanted to save the tooth instead of going straight to a root canal, and Dr. Khalisah provided a temporary medicinal filling designed to help revive the nerve. After six weeks, I was so relieved to see that a follow-up 3D scan confirmed the inflammation had healed. The nerve was saved, and I received a permanent composite filling to protect the tooth. Thanks to Dr. Khalisah’s careful approach, my tooth was saved without unnecessary invasive procedures. Throughout the entire process, I was kept informed and all my questions were answered — whether in person or over WhatsApp. The clinic was also understanding when I was delayed by traffic at the causeway and arrived late for a couple of appointments. There was no upselling, no pressure for unnecessary treatments or packages — just honest, professional dental care. I highly recommend this clinic, and especially Dr. Khalisah, for her thorough, professional, and caring approach. I am truly grateful to her, as well as the wonderful dental assistants and reception staff, for helping me save my tooth and making the entire experience stress-free.

It was my first time visiting this clinic, and I had such a great experience. The doctors and staff are very friendly. Dr. Khalisa was very nice and easy to talk to about my concerns. She didn't just tell me what to do; she gave me several different treatment options and explained them all patiently, answering all my questions. The next day, the nurse WhatsApp me and asked about any discomfort.

Finished the 'Scaling, Polishing and Filling' treatment at Medini Dental Bukit Indah. All the treatments from the appointment were very smooth and easy. Didn't wait too long and the Dr and staff were very friendly from the entrance. I got the treatment without any pain or fear. Alhamdulillah, thank you to the Medini Dental team. We were late for the appointment around 20 mins due to the traffic but still the doctor is willing to treat our daughter. The receptionist is really helpful and friendly to give our daughter courage since one her molar needs to pull out. Thanks for the treatment. She is okay now.

I went for a dental abscess removal and the process is smooth and painless, and I healed well. Extremely polite and friendly staff. Special shoutout to Dr. Khalisah. Thorough explanations were given throughout my treatment. I required four fillings, and all four were done with minimal discomfort by Dr. Khalisah. One of the best dentists I have consulted so far.
