Thank you for calming someone who is very afraid of going to the dental clinic like me. Finally gave up because I let it go for a long time. For me, I used to be scared to go to a dental appointment… but now it's okay to go alone because the DR here is kind and gentle and cute…. honestly did not feel even the slightest pain. Dr. Arif handled the procedure with great care and skill, which really impressed me. The two nurses assisting Dr. Arif were also very experienced, attentive, and friendly. They made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process and provided excellent support during the treatment. What I appreciated the most was the warm hospitality at the clinic. It genuinely felt like I was visiting a relative’s place rather than a clinic. The staff were welcoming, patient, and very professional, which made the entire experience stress-free. This clinic provides a wide range of dental services such as tooth extraction, scaling and polishing, fillings, root canal treatment, dental crowns, dentures, braces, and general dental check-ups. The clinic is also very clean, well organized, and maintains a professional and comfortable environment. The staff are polite, caring, and always ready to assist patients. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience and I strongly recommend Dr. Arif and this clinic to anyone who needs dental treatment. One friendly tip for those planning to visit: it is advisable to make an appointment first as their schedule is usually fully booked, especially on Saturdays and Sundays.

I visited Dr Muhamad Syabil 2 weeks ago and he was excellent. I extracted 2 wisdom tooth without any major pain. He knows what he does and he is very good with his hands. The clink is very good and the staff were very helpful. They followed up with me several times to ensuring my recovery is going well. Most importantly, the price was very affordable.
I'm sorry but your receptionist unfortunate behaviour makes us give this rating. However Your doctor service is excellent 👍🏻💯. But due to this we have to give one star only. The reason we gave this due to our early failure to give our son's credentials ie mykid which he doesn't have it due to JPN inability to provide it while he was born that year. the clinic policy need to have this credentials. Which upsets us as we have walked long to get to the clinic due to limited parking space. We have to pay our parking to Aeon instead. She didn't budge at all which good but there's no leneicy whatsoever from them on this matter.. but eventually I managed to provide it ie his birthcert. But the overall experience is bad for us. Unless we receive formal apologies which we did but still not enough for us as gone to your clinic due to other receptionist recommendations. Be good in your customer service. Then we can talk.. policy is policy but you can bend your policy to suits your customers needs as we are Malaysian at the end of the day.

I am extremely disappointed and angry with this dental clinic. We work in Singapore, so my husband booked a teeth cleaning appointment via WhatsApp. They confirmed the appointment for 9:30 AM on November 27, 2025. Why they don't let customers waiting at the clinic inside and just tell us need to leave,cause they need to doing clinic cleaning.should't why clinic cleaning be finished before 9:00 AM? Why do we have to wait until 9:30 AM to enter the clinic? What's most infuriating is that we waited outside for half an hour, and when we returned at 9:30 AM, the nurse checked the computer system and then, in a blaming tone, said that they had called us yesterday to confirm the appointment, but we didn't answer the phone, so they assumed we canceled the appointment, and therefore the dentist was scheduled to arrive at the clinic at 10:00 AM. The nurse also said that if we wanted a teeth cleaning, we would have to wait until 10:00 AM to be scheduled. The nurse's attitude and tone implied that the problem stemmed from our not answering the phone, leading to the cancellation of our appointment. The issue is, even if we didn't answer the phone, couldn't the nurse have contacted us via WhatsApp? We initially contacted them through WhatsApp; surely you knew that? So this is what your company's nurses' professionalism is like. What angered me most was that we arrived at the clinic at 9 AM, and the nurse didn't even check the computer system or inform us of our appointment status. She simply used the excuse of cleaning the clinic to kick us out. Is this the integrity and attitude expected of a clinic? I find it hard to believe that this is a chain clinic with such poor professionalism and customer service.
