I contacted the clinic (which for me isn't a dental clinic, but a psychiatric one) on the advice of a friend. They replied by referring me to a very polite doctor named Ester, who gave me an appointment for March 23rd, and from there my ordeal began. She told me to make an instant bank transferโthere were two of us leavingโso I paid โฌ209.96, which they would refund on the invoice at the end of the work. From that day on, every day I was contacted multiple times a day by different people from the same clinic, asking me who gave me the number, not to answer any other numbers other than the doctor's, etc. I asked these people what they were doing, that their behavior wasn't serious, that their credibility was at stake, but they continued undeterred.
