In the United States, I paid $198.00 for an extraction, and at this clinic, they charged me $200.00 plus $75 for a gel (silicone) that was supposed to fill the space, but they didn't even insert it. In other words, Maxidental El Salvador charged me more than a specialist in the United States.

Unprofessional, rude, and terrible with customers. He also mistreats the secretary. Worse still, he doesn't wear gloves when examining the patient, and he acts as if no one is paying him.
