In the United States, I paid $198.00 for an extraction, and at this clinic, they charged me $200.00 plus $75 for a gel (silicone) that was supposed to fill the space, but they didn't even insert it. In other words, Maxidental El Salvador charged me more than a specialist in the United States.

MaxiDental was a pioneer in El Salvador in adopting two advanced clinical technologies: Leukocyte and Platelet-Rich Fibrin (L-PRF), a regenerative protocol that uses the patient's own blood components to accelerate bone and soft-tissue healing after implant surgery; and piezoelectric surgery, an ultrasonic cutting technique that allows far more precise bone preparation than traditional rotary instruments, with less trauma, reduced bleeding, and faster recovery. The clinic was among the first practices in El Salvador to offer Cone Beam CT (CBCT) three-dimensional imaging, enabling precise pre-surgical planning that improves implant placement accuracy and reduces intraoperative surprises.
The current technology stack at MaxiDental includes a 3D intraoral scanner for digital impressions, digital radiography and RVG, an intraoral camera, the piezoelectric surgery unit, and the L-PRF centrifuge system. This infrastructure supports the clinic's Digital Smile Design workflow, which allows patients to see a digital preview of their planned outcome -- covering tooth shape, color, and proportions -- before any irreversible treatment begins.
