Dr. Karen's service was superb! I've finally graduated from braces! The care and attention I received throughout the process was wonderful! The receptionist was very helpful and caring towards patients.

Went there for the first time, it started with 3D scan of the tooth structure. The doctor will base on the scan and explain the tooth conditions. Before the start of scaling, my tooth gum area was applied anesthetic to reduce pain during β¦

I just called them. I asked her about the braces price oh you so rude one eh. The way she replied. "No u tak faham" eh ? Padahal I was so kind only. I was asking how much will you charge for the monthly visitation for tightening the β¦

Dear Ms, Really sorry if you felt offended earlier... that was never our intent. 1) Monthly visit vs monthly instalment * We almost always offer braces as a package. Because reviews are monthly, we just call it βmonthly instalment.β * A per-visit option (RM200 for basic adjustment. Extra if significant adjustment or additional accessories are needed) is only for very special cases - Because not easy to bill and can easily cause misunderstanding 2) About our nurse Sheβs still new and learning. Definitely not trying to be rude β just worried about sending info to the wrong number when she asked you to WhatsApp us. Weβve guided her to simply confirm next time if the number to WhatsApp the info to is that of the caller IDπ - apologies again for the noob request by her. Thanks again for your feedback ππ» It really helps us improve. If you have any other braces questions, feel free to ask β weβll do our best to answer!
Purposely come here for braces. I'm under Dr. Karen(dentist) care. Dr is patience, experience, knowledgeable, and give the most suitable advice based on my condition. The nurses are friendly too.
