Dear Ms, Really sorry if you felt offended earlier... that was never our intent. 1) Monthly visit vs monthly instalment * We almost always offer braces as a package. Because reviews are monthly, we just call it “monthly instalment.” * A per-visit option (RM200 for basic adjustment. Extra if significant adjustment or additional accessories are needed) is only for very special cases - Because not easy to bill and can easily cause misunderstanding 2) About our nurse She’s still new and learning. Definitely not trying to be rude — just worried about sending info to the wrong number when she asked you to WhatsApp us. We’ve guided her to simply confirm next time if the number to WhatsApp the info to is that of the caller ID👍 - apologies again for the noob request by her. Thanks again for your feedback 🙏🏻 It really helps us improve. If you have any other braces questions, feel free to ask — we’ll do our best to answer!

Came down ad hoc and happen to slot in a session with Dr Yew. Initial teeth photography was clear and helped to identify any problem. Dr Yew was clear in her explanation and she has good skill in scaling and polishing. Will come back again.

The doctor was very chill and gentle when administering the anesthesia. Because I'm very afraid of pain, I kept telling her to take it slow, haha 🤣 And she did take it slow, so it wasn't as painful as I expected! I highly recommend this place!!! …

Went there for the first time, it started with 3D scan of the tooth structure. The doctor will base on the scan and explain the tooth conditions. Before the start of scaling, my tooth gum area was applied anesthetic to reduce pain during the scaling process. The scaling process was quite thorough and almost no pain on the gum. time to explain the entire procedure clearly, step by step. They did a 3D scan and X-ray, then showed and explained my tooth condition on the monitor, which helped calm a lot of my anxiety. During the procedure, I struggled and kept twitching a lot, but Dr. Kew and her dedicated team never lost patience. They constantly reassured me, reminded me to take deep breaths, told me when it was almost over, and even patted my shoulder to comfort me. I was told I could raise my hand anytime if I felt uncomfortable and needed a break. That level of care was completely opposite to what I had experienced in the past. Kudos to Dr. Kew and her team. Kuo Dental changed how I see dental visits, and that’s saying a lot.

Dr Kew conducted detailed checks before starting the surgery. My molar extraction a complex one and she was very patient, even missing her lunchtime. At the end, she still gave good advice. The nurses were assuring and fast. The counter staff were also friendly.
