Accept last minute call for urgent toothache. Staff and doctor friendly & good service.
I had my teeth cleaned by Dr. Kew today. It was very gentle and comfortable, not a single ounce of pain. The nurse was also very kind, and the environment was comfortable and friendly. The price was also very reasonable. I highly recommend everyone to have their teeth cleaned here.

Dr. Kew's facilities are very advanced, and the doctor's patient and gentle service helped me relax. I realized that waiting until my teeth hurt to come in will have consequences, and that getting a checkup every six months is the right approach.
The service was great! Dr. Kew Yue Fei cleaned my teeth this time. She was gentle and patient. Thumbs up!

I underwent orthodontic treatment at this clinic, and the entire process was extremely disappointing and regrettable. • When my braces became inflamed, I proactively sought the doctor's help, but received no proactive treatment. They didn't reply to my WhatsApp messages or arrange any treatment. Afterwards, the doctor even asked me to go to an external clinic for treatment at my own expense. •…

• During routine treatments, such as when a bracket falls off, I was charged an extra RM50, and the pricing lacked transparency. During my initial consultation, the doctor only mentioned that lost parts would be charged, but didn't explain that bracket detachment was also included in the charge. Note that I had already paid for my orthodontic treatment. • Even worse, when brackets repeatedly fell off, the doctor actually suggested that I "go to MR.DIY and buy pliers to put them back in." This practice does not meet basic medical safety standards and raises questions about their professionalism and responsibility. The original treatment period was about two and a half years, but it has now exceeded three years. I have repeatedly inquired about the treatment progress and completion time, but the doctor's response has always been "I don't know when it will be better," without providing any further explanation or improvement plans. For the past three years, I have consistently attended my appointments on time and followed the doctor's instructions, but in return, I have received constant delays and vague responses, causing me immense physical and mental stress. This experience demonstrates a severe lack of communication and a deficiency in responsibility, placing a continuous emotional and financial burden on patients. I have formally filed complaints with the Malaysian Ministry of Health and the Malaysian Dental Council (MDC). This commentary is based solely on my personal experience and reflects my individual feelings and opinions. Its purpose is solely to share my experience for the reference of other patients.

Kuo Dental Dr Kew is very attentive and skillful. Chance upon this dental clinic and I walked in for polishing and did 3 tooth's cavity. All the clinic staff are very kind and polite. Dr Kew had explained and demonstrated how to brush teeth correctly with an electric toothbrush and technique to use dental floss.
