We found Koosi through an expat friend who lives in Playa del Carmen and he had restorative dental work with them. My husband needed an All on 4 for his upper mouth—remaining teeth extracted, bone grafts, 4 implants to anchor his new set of teeth. knowledgeable and a good communicator. They estimated Bill would need a sinus lift but after his surgery told us it was not required and subtracted it from our billing. We found them to be trustworthy and a pleasure to work with. They have an English speaking coordinator to answer questions while we were in the states. We highly recommend Dr Alejandra Arrechedra & the Koosi Dental Clinic. Very thankful we had a friend who vetted them for us.

Highly recommended!!! I was on a business trip to Mexico and had a serious problem with a prosthesis, which was resolved in less than 24 hours (including the management of a local prosthetic laboratory). at Koosi (especially Dr. Alejandra) became more than my Dentist. I found compassion and true concern for my well being and a commitment to excellence. They became my friends. I am not saying this is a fun process.... in fact it can be daunting and tough at times. I broke my tooth pretty badly recently and was looking for a good dentist to fix it. I talked to a bunch of expats, many of whom recommended Dra. Alejandra Arrechedera. This was the best dental experience I've had! Painless, on time, and she saved my tooth. I also liked to see brand-new equipment ;) Recommend!
