VERY BAD I went to the clinic to check my teeth because a tiny chicken bone got stuck between my upper right teeth after eating. One lady doctor checked and initially said there was nothing there. I explained again that I felt something might be stuck in between, so she did a very light scaling on that specific area only. It took less than one minute. After that, she said a tiny bone came out…

t and the procedure was done. When I went to the receptionist, she went inside to ask the doctor about the charges. She then informed me that the fee was RM50. I was quite surprised, as I expected it to be around RM10–RM20 given how short and minimal the procedure. I used to make a retainer at this clinic with a doctor named Dr Izzah, if I am not mistaken. Because of that, I was expecting the price to be lower or at least have some consideration for a returning customer. I was also planning to do braces here, as I had discussed it previously with Dr Izzah, who was very kind and professional. However, I was informed by the staff that she has already resigned or moved to another clinic. If Dr Izzah were still practising here, I believe the charge would have been lower. Unfortunately, this experience was disappointing for me. I had been planning to do whitening, scaling, and even braces at this clinic, but after this visit, I decided not to proceed. I also was planning to recommend my relatives to do treatment here, but sorry I won't.

I tried this clinic because it's close to home and I'm too lazy to go to the same clinic all the time. Unexpectedly, their treatment exceeded my expectations. Dr. Azrinna provided excellent service.
