My first time here. The dentist & staff are really friendly. Price for scalling is cheap, i got mine done below RM150
Went for the first time for wriggling front tooth extraction for my 6y daughter. The doctor and staff are friendly, tried their best to make the kid’s first experience enjoyful . But I must say this is not a kids’ dental clinic for first timers. My kid was traumatized. I kind of regret my visit. next to the 1st one, which the doctor here decided not to proceed when my daughter started to cry and refuse to stay any longer because couldn’t hold the pain after numb gel + numb shot + numb shot + wanted to give another shot 😭 + apply some more numb gel + plug out the tooth. Which, in another clinic, my daughter didn’t even feel anything during the extraction. Even though was a bit pricey than this clinic, my daughter is now so happy to go dentist. @littlegigi bangsar
Went to do scaling and polishing today. All staff were tentative and the doctor that did my procedure was very informative and gentle. Recommended!

kids friendly.. Dr and assistant are very good. The child was scared at first, but now he is brave enough to get his teeth fixed. Will come again for the next child treatment

he attachments on the teeth came off a day after being attached. I was already down and nothing had come off and I was worried about swallowing them because I didn't realize where the attachments had gone. Trying to set an appointment for this was very stressful. Suddenly I got gastric and GERD pain and had to hold for a few weeks. When it was okay to set an appointment it was still just as stressful. When it was time to redo the attachment, the admin AKA doc asst was very unprofessional and rude when the attachment was made. The attachment was still very messy, the adhesive was dripping as if the doc wanted to hurry up and finish. There were many sharp sharp points on the lips, very uncomfortable! Compare to the 1st doc, it was very neat. Had to clean the dripping myself otherwise my lips would get hurt. THE TOMORROW THE REMAINDER WAS DELAYED AND BROKEN AGAIN! When I complained the admin said maybe it was because of the hard food even though I have GERD and can only eat soft food like porridge. They asked me to come back to do it?!! I am really stressed with the service here what is the point I bt clear aligner if it is troublesome bt the metal type is cheaper. I have stated clearly to the doc that I don't like going to the dentist and being bothered by metal braces that's why I am willing to pay a lot for clear aligner because the doc convinced me that clear aligner is more comfortable and stress free. I guarantee that no one likes going to the dentist often and having their mouths torn and their lips bleeding! ITS A NIGHTMARE! It's hard to set up an appointment for many reasons then they told me to take the mc to follow the doc's time. So ridiculous! As if my time is not important! Overall the service is very disappointing, unprofessional and very regretful. PLEASE SOLVE THIS ISSUE ASAP. I am planning to refund and take action on this! Unable to face this stressful journey & service!

I would recommend to do scaling and polishing here. The service was ON TOP!. Environment was cozy which the waiting area. Can do twice a year here tho.

best dental clinic so far. saya pasang braces dekat sini, alhamdulillah everything when smooth. kalau ada sebarang issue dekat braces, Dr Izzah and her assistant balqis will immediately assist. recommend to other to do checking your teeth here 😄
