Had a great experience at Klinik Pergigian Tulen KLTS with my 4-year-old. The staff were very friendly and patient, and the dentist was amazing at making my child feel comfortable. The whole process was smooth, and I’m really happy with the care they provided. Highly recommend for parents with young kids
If you go to CNI, avoid treatment with DR Rahmah. He swears he wants to make money. Those who are sick will get sicker. He only wants money. Don't come to this clinic.. waste your money. I came to CNI 3 times and it didn't work, I got sicker. He even asked me to pull out teeth that weren't a problem. He's crazy to make money. Pls go to another clinic if you don't want to regret it.

Despite following their recommendations, the main issue was not resolved, leaving me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Not only did I leave the office with the same problem I came in with, but I also felt taken advantage of and disrespected as a patient. It's incredibly disappointing when a healthcare professional prioritizes profit over patient well-being. I would strongly advise anyone considering Dr. Rahmah to proceed with caution and seek a second opinion before agreeing to any treatment recommendations. My experience with them was a stark reminder of the importance of finding a dentist who genuinely cares about their patients' health and well-being.

Hello sorry it took us awhile to respond, we had to go deep into the problems. After going through your case, we would like to clarify a few things on our end. But before doing so, we truly are sorry for your unpleasant experience with us. It’s important for our Doctors to consult our patient first before starting any treatment, it is our standard procedure. In your case sir, just the consultation took almost about an hour. Because; Our Dr. did thorough check up a few times before deciding that the source of problem might not be from your oral health and suggesting that you get a second opinion with other clinics (without proceeding with any treatment). No problem detected on your tongue or mouth palate that might be the cause of the problem that you mentioned. Although on the day itself, it seems like you were attended by one Dr., but decisions made (that the problem might not come from your oral health) were made by three other doctors via web meeting. Treatment (extraction due to cavity & a much needed scaling) was done upon patient’s request, insisting that it need to be settled there and then, although doctor has mentioned a few times for you to get it checked & to get a second opinion from general practitioner. Our Dr. also had given a low service charge for you sir, since you mentioned that you were a student.
Dr. Raxxx is such a poor skilled dentist. She has failed the root canal treatment and she can't even find the root cause due to her carelessness. Pain die the patient and she still has no solution at all. She is not a detailed dentist for a complex treatment. She cut off the nerve partially and yet left patient pain for few months after root canal treatment. It is wasting time and money.
I had my teeth pulled here, no pain at all.. the doc is really an expert.. I feel relaxed and calm when I do the treatment.. very recommended.. I really won't be doing this again🫶 …
