Just had a fantastic experience at Refine Dental, and I honestly can’t stop thinking about how good the whole visit was. I was treated by Dr. Yee, and she was amazing — calm, professional, and so clear in her explanations. I went in a little nervous, but she made me feel completely at ease. I didn’t expect to feel this comfortable during a dental visit! After my treatment, I had the chance to chat with Dr. Shreen, and wow — she’s just as lovely in person as everyone says. You can feel her warmth and confidence just from the way she speaks. I really hope one day I’ll get the chance to be treated by her too — I hear her slots are always full, and now I understand why. She’s one of those rare doctors who leaves a lasting impression. That said, I was so pleasantly surprised by Dr. Yee — she’s honestly just as fantastic. I feel lucky to have been treated by her. The care, attention, and professionalism she showed were top-notch. The clinic itself is beautiful — super clean, modern, and has a really welcoming vibe. Even the front desk staff were friendly and helpful, which made everything so easy and smooth. If you’re looking for truly exceptional dental care, Refine Dental is the place. Have been a customer of Dr Shreen for around 10 years since she started in PJ. She is a dentist who is patient-oriented, all she does are usually what she thinks is best for us. Rest assure,she's not a money-making minded dentist who will ask you to do all treatments. Also, my whole family has been under her care included my toddler, which we trust we are in good hand. Coffee , cold drinks provided. Reserved carpark. They have X ray and CT machine in-house. Also I had my wisdom tooth extracted within 30min (shorter time, so recovery is better). Daisy and Ka Wei will follow-up with our condition, remind us of our maintenance as scheduled.

For those who are afraid of tooth extractions or teeth cleaning, please visit this clinic: Dr. Shreen Hong is a very nice dentist. She will ask about your past dental history and provide professional advice. She spent half an hour carefully explaining the benefits of different treatment methods. Language: The doctor speaks Mandarin, English, and Hokkien fluently. Environment: The environment is comfortable and not oppressive. Restrooms: Very clean, and they are regularly cleaned. Once inside, I didn't want to leave. Reception: They will process your appointment time for you. Trilingual consultation service is available. The best dental clinic ever in my opinion. Dr. Shreen is an extremely professional, polite, and friendly dentist. She is very meticulous and attentive to details. When explaining dental issues to patients, the doctor is exceptionally clear and thorough, which I truly admire. The staff there is also very kind. I highly recommend everyone to consult with them for any dental issues.

I feel Dr Sam is very dishonest and trying to extract as much money as she could during my last visit. Even if needed, 1 xray is enough but no she want to take 3! To be honest, xray is not even necessary considering the fact that it is just gum pain. Before scaling, she even wanted to inject anesthetic to my gum. How can you simply recommend anesthetic when my gum pain is not even serious? The total bill for scaling, xray and inspection ended up around RM600, with half of the cost on xray. This is a huge amount for this kind of service. Please be more honest when running your business. Do not take advantage of your customer, not everybody has insurance.

This is the best dental clinic that I have been to. The clinic is very cozy and come with modern decorations. Dr Shreen is very professional and she provides detailed explanation for her patient's condition. She is gentle when giving dental treatment. As for Dr Wong, he is very professional too and experience in his orthodontic treatment. The staff namely Kawei and Daisy are welcoming and very friendly. They always check on the patient's condition after each treatment. Keep up the good job girls!
