d since it was close by, I decided to try it. It turned out that walking into this clinic was like walking into a place where doctors don't talk to patients. Their explanations were extremely impatient and hasty. ***And you kept emphasizing the need for a root canal treatment plan, saying that if it still hurts after a filling, it's not your responsibility. You even said that if I had a filling and it still hurts, and you were closed at night and I couldn't find you, it wouldn't be your problem. Hearing the doctor speak like that was just rude and barbaric.*** After hearing that, I felt like the dead could come back to life. I refused to have my teeth done by this doctor. I left the clinic immediately. This is the first time I've ever written a review about a doctor; I hope I won't encounter anything like it again. 🙏🙏🙏 I went to another dental clinic on January 27th. My tooth has been filled, and so far I haven't had the problem you mentioned. Even if my tooth has problems again in the future, I will find a real doctor who can speak well, is patient, and has good manners to do other treatments.

Since you were referred by a friend, you can certainly consider seeking their advice. For moderate to severe cavities, fillings may cause toothache, so dentists need to explain the possibility of root canal treatment beforehand to help patients prepare mentally. Is it truly professional and responsible to inform patients of this only after the filling (acting first and asking later)? If the pre-filling information session made you feel it was a waste of time or uncomfortable, we sincerely apologize. A dentist's responsibility extends beyond collecting fees; it lies in providing professional treatment plans. We are truly saddened to receive negative feedback despite our honesty. Some dental restorations cannot be resolved solely based on a patient's wishes or ideas. Sometimes, patients may be unwilling to accept reality and, after not receiving treatment, give unfair evaluations of the dentist. Professional dentist offered gentle treatment, clear advice, friendly staff, clean clinic, and very satisfying results.
The staff explained everything clearly and made me feel at ease. My gums are feeling much better and healthier after my periodontal treatment.

She was polite and explained things well, but as a consumer, I was confused and a little uncomfortable — I hadn’t even met the actual dentist yet! After quite a bit of waiting and talking, I finally saw the doctor. The check-up was extremely brief and didn’t feel professional. He came to his own conclusion quickly, with very minimal communication(less than 3 mins). This kind of approach is something I’ve never experienced before, and honestly, the attitude and style just didn’t suit me. They mentioned there would be no consultation fee, but you’re immediately asked to do an X-ray — which has a cost. To me, that’s no different from being charged for a consultation, just under another name. Advice to other consumers: Don’t rely only on the reviews. Ask clearly about the process and fees before proceeding. My experience left me feeling misled and very disappointed.

I completed my root canal treatment, and it went quickly. I'm glad it was efficient and painless.

Before I could get dental implants, they scheduled tooth extractions. I've always been terrified of tooth extractions, but before I even got comfortable in the chair, they told me it was all done.
I've had four dental implants, and they're doing well. The dental clinic also sends me regular reminders for cleanings and follow-up appointments.
Multiple visits in almost 3 years, very detail check and comfortable experience.

The dentist sprays numbing cream before the cleaning, so the whole process is comfortable. Afterwards, they patiently explain how to use dental floss and brush your teeth. I highly recommend it!
Excellent service & very reasonably price. I had a phobia of extracting teeth & had changed dentist numerous times. This is my 2nd visit to Dr Cheong for extraction. I felt so relaxed with the warm welcome n smile on the 2 Muslim ladies. It's all over within 3 minutes..no pain at all only felt 3 ants sting when jab thrice. Will definitely return & will not change dentist again. Thanks Dr Cheong

The dentist's technique was excellent; it wasn't as painful as I had imagined, and the timing was perfect—the wait wasn't too long. Overall, a good experience.

The doctor was very attentive and patient in explaining things. He also carefully cleaned away all the old tartar for me! He's very responsible and conscientious. I highly recommend him!

Advantages: Affordable prices; Language-friendly; Good location. Disadvantages: Generally good for fillings and extractions, but not as professional for ceramic crowns; Customer feedback is not taken seriously, and the clinic makes excuses.
