Hi Ms Kelly, this is Rachel, the chief assistant in Dr Cheong Dental Clinic. First of all, we are truly sorry and upset to hear that you are feeling unpleasant about my service. However, I would like to highlight that I have never indicate that Ms Kelly has “complained a lot” and we always welcome our patient to return for further review and investigation. We arranged your appointment immediately and our doctor checked your complaints as soon as possible once you told us you were feeling discomfort from the tingling sensation on your tongue after the scaling session. Without any delays, I have gave you a call sincerely and listed down your complaints carefully which normally we are describing the patient complaint as a concise statement describing the symptom, problem, condition, diagnosis, physician-recommended return, or other reason for a medical encounter. We even offering free consultation and X ray after the medication and informed you that antibiotics are ready for you on the same day without any charges. I have reminded you yesterday at 6pm and hopefully you may come and take the medication as soon as possible but we didn’t hear from you anymore. This review though discouraging and unfair to our Doctor but is a learning step for us to continue providing better care and treatment for our patients. I came for a Root Canal Treatment. The procedure was fast and painless.
Clean and peaceful environment. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming.
I really shouldn’t but I am doing it. The front desk staff is very welcoming and know her stuff, invited me straight to the treatment room when I just stepped into the premise. dentist for consultation, they all at least used equipment to check through my teeth… I have made it super clear that I wanted a composite, but all he keep saying is how good is ceramic veneer (like, are you even listening to me?) He was prompted all the way by his assistant regarding my queries and he did not want to expand at all. You know with your attitude, even if I want to do a ceramic veneer I wouldn’t look for you.
