I came here for a teeth cleaning and also for a gum treatment for my one year old baby. The clinic is clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly. Dr Atasya is very professional and I am very satisfied with my teeth cleaning. He also gave me tips on how to take care of my baby's teeth, how to brush properly. The price is also reasonable for Johor Bahru. I will definitely come back to this clinic.

I did rct treatment at the pavilion last year. but it didn't end because of the pain after that, the dr woman decided to make a permanent patch. after that I went to another clinic because the filling broke and the doctor found a small cotton inside the treated tooth and was very shock 😢. But reski saya sebab tak sakit .But why should there be a small cotton left in my teeth. Please be alert…

Hi and greetings. Thank you for the feedback given.💜 Can you give us the patient's full name and also the IC because we do not have a record with the name listed above. In case we do not receive any response, allow us to explain the treatment carried out. When the root canal treatment is started, after cleaning the nerve of the tooth. It is normal for us to place cotton through the orifice (root canal opening) so that it is easy for us or other doctors to continue the root canal treatment process later. There may be a slight difference in placing a semi-permanent / permanent filling on top of the cotton pellet. This is done for two reasons. First, we are not sure when the patient wants to come back to prepare the root canal treatment in other words there are time / budget constraints from the patient to complete the treatment. So a temporary filling is not suitable while a temporary filling is only for a period of a week or two. So a filling like gic (permanent / semi-permanent) is used in this case. Even so. If the patient is already ready to complete the root canal treatment at a time that is felt necessary. By placing a cotton pellet under the filling, it will make it easier for the doctor to find the root canal that has already been found and cleaned. Otherwise, the canal will become blocked and make the root canal treatment process very difficult in the future. Next, if it is felt necessary to continue treatment at any clinic. You can deal with us first. We will issue a referral letter or reference regarding the treatment that has been done at our clinic as a reference and additional information to the new doctor. For a case continuation, it is very important for a clinic to ask for a referral letter, especially for a continuation of treatment that has not been completed. In addition: the presence of a cotton pellet there should not surprise the doctor. He will understand what is being done.

I went across the border to come into this clinic, the clinic is so clean and so huge, the staffs there are very friendly and helpful, the doctor has shared lots of informations before performing anything on me, i was recommended by my own friend but now google is a space for more recommendations ! 9/10

Very professional. Wanted to make booking the next day but was told they were fully booked. However when I mention my relative was in pain, they were very accommodating and gave an appt for the next day. Recommended!
