Dental Pavilion is not like your typical dental clinic. Firstly you are greeted with a huge beautiful space, nice ambiance and comfy waiting area. Then the handsome owner Dr Ihsan treats you with care and professionalism. Price is affordable. Will definitely come again in the future!

Look at which doctor you get. If you get an unprofessional doctor, while working you curse at the staff.. aiyoo Stress mom and dad. The doctor's mouth and our ears are very close, you know.. Sorry. First time getting that doctor. Before this, other doctors were okay.

Best dental service ever!! my tooth ache all gone after the removal.. been working in singapore and the tooth pain effecting my working so i decide to come here And its worth my time , the price is affordable as it refer to what medication u decide to have

Customer service is just so so. I inquired through WhatsApp to book a last minute appointment for scaling & teeth whitening. At first the representative told me to come at 3.30pm as there was an empty slot that could fit in my appointment but then they asked me to come at 1.30pm instead. I actually don’t mind coming at any time so I just agree to change the appointment time to 1.30pm. I arrived at…

1.30pm, registered my name and at 1.34pm the dentist assistant called out my name & asked me to sit on the patient chair. The assistant put a cover across my neck & asked me to wear the sunglasses provided by them. I had to sit for almost 20 minutes waiting for the dentist to come. I decided that I want to cancel the teeth whitening treatment & proceed with scaling treatment only as I think it was not worthy to spend more for this kind of service. I believe the dentist should be more attentive & punctual with the appointments. If 1.30pm is the prayer time for the dentist, might as well set appointment with the patients at another time. I also think the television in surgery room acts as distraction as 2 of 3 assistants that assisted the dentist were too focused on the tv series that was played on the television instead of focusing on the patient. Hope the dental clinic could improve their service. As for me, I don’t think I want to repeat any treatment from this clinic for time being.

One of the best dental clinics I have ever been to. Staff and doctors are nice and good. Today treatment with Doctor Efa. She explains well and is easy to understand, & she work so gently. Definitely will come again. Highly recommended

I came here to brush my teeth and also for gum treatment for my one-year-old baby. The clinic is clean and tidy. Very friendly staff. Dr. Atasya is very professional and I am very satisfied with my teeth cleaning. He also gave tips on how to take care of teeth, how to brush with betol for my baby. The price is also reasonable for Johor Bahru. I will definitely return to this clinic.

Did teeth extraction there. Dr Atasya is exceptional, thorough, and did it painless. Impressive, especially considering the reasonable price. Additionally, every member of the team is incredibly friendly. :)

Extremely bad. The doctor was unprofessional, injured my mouth causing bleeding, and the instruments weren't securely attached and fell into my mouth. I will never go there again.

Jumpa from thread ramai yg suggest Dental Pavilion for braces service. In order to do conventional braces i need to do xray, scalling & polishing and also filling 4 batang gigi. All went well tak sakit langsung. Installation process also. Dr also consult clearly before proceed. Thank you so much to Dr. Ihsan & team! Highly recommended! 😍
