The admin is EXTREMELY incompetent at scheduling! They casually offered to change schedules based on a sudden clinic closure (I had already booked before the clinic closed for repairs). The admin was unprofessional, shifting people's schedules at will, sacrificing even more people. Instead of shifting two people's schedules, why not shift one person's schedule, who had to reschedule while the clinic was closed? Very unprofessional. Furthermore, the admin was evasive, refusing to be blamed. I was repeatedly made to feel like I couldn't get a filling with braces, even though I had already consulted with my orthodontic doctor about the condition of my teeth and whether it was safe to leave the brackets removed. They even arrogantly said to me, "So, do you want to proceed with the procedure?" Is it a good idea to say that to a potential customer whose time was wasted just to fight for a pre-booked appointment? The doctors here may be good, but the admin is EXTREMELY INCOMPETENT.

I came from abroad to get my scaling done here. However, the work was not properly as I have received many scaling in my home country before and they just went for the "aesthetic" part meaning scaling for the front and not actually behind the teeth, and therefore, not for health reasons. Moreover, they probably scammed me as it was advertised for 250.000 rupiah but I got charged 500.000 rupiah as "staining" was an issue even though I floss regularly and as I said, the job was not done well in less than an hour. Moreover the dentist was like 15 mins late to the appointment and I considered that to be rude.

After having a tooth filled, the procedure was comfortable, there was no pain, let alone any triggering pain. I was also given the results to see for myself, and the suggestions and input were also useful. I will visit again later.
