Next time you go here, be sure to ask for details, friends, because when the doctor told me the price, I complained because the price given to the customer was cheaper, and the doctor said, "Oh yeah, I forgot, that's the price." I ended up getting a temporary filling, but they gave me a medication that caused a terrible headache and kept me awake all night. I decided to go to another dentist the next morning, and I learned that they had given me a spicy medication in the cavity, which was causing the pain and throbbing. After checking with another dentist, it was safe, and the filling was done, and I haven't had any more pain. The dentists here keep changing. It seems like some dentists don't have much experience, so they're guessing. This has made me wary of coming back here... Please hire a competent dentist. Thank you.

This was my first time going to the dentist, and I was annoyed. I had braces installed at a dentist's clinic in Depok. My teeth have been sensitive for the past two days, like I'm wearing braces for the first time (like my teeth are shifting). I looked for the nearest clinic for a consultation and checkup because it was already uncomfortable. I searched the map and found this dentist who could also do X-rays (so I didn't have to go back and forth to the lab for referrals). FYI, I asked for a receipt stamped with the doctor's signature. The reply was, "The signature hasn't been processed yet, because the clinic is rebranding, so the doctor is still processing the signature at the new dentist clinic." Hellowwwwww, don't go to the practice if you don't have a doctor's signature. When I arrived, I didn't make a reservation. Suddenly, I was asked for a consultation without any other procedures. When I met the doctor, he didn't even greet me, and he was at least friendly, even though he was wearing a mask. The consultation fee was already stated at the beginning, which was 40,000 Rupiah. When I was examined, they said there was nothing wrong, so I asked for an X-ray to make things clearer. The X-ray showed nothing. But there was no detailed explanation, no possibilities, or other testing options. The doctor simply replied, "I don't know, there's no problem with your teeth, no cavities." That kind of answer really didn't sit well with me. I felt like I'd paid for nothing without getting satisfactory results. The least I could do was educate myself and talk to him. Damn, I was so annoyed.
